They helped us source incredible ideas throughout the planning process and took all the stress off of us and our families. Being able to reach them instantly on WhatsApp/email gave us incredible peace of mind. I really wanted customized matches, and I ordered them from the US to be delivered to Italy, where they took receipt, sent us photos, and made sure they made it to our events - not only remembering, but ensuring each different matchbook was at the correct event. aIt's those little details that made our wedding so special. They were so patient with me, especially when I was indecisive about the flowers and seating chart décor :) They planned everything flawlessly, even thinking of details we never would have, like the surprise tenor singer at dinner! Our guests are still raving about it. VB Events allowed us to truly enjoy our engagement and focus on each other. Esperienza fantastica: Valentina, Francesca, and Marghe did an outstanding job planning our wedding at Villa Gamberaia this past September. I didn't know what to expect with a wedding planner, but they far exceeded anything I could've imagined. Every detail was carefully considered- things I wouldn't have even known to think about. They work with the top tier vendors in the area and help negotiate for the best pricing on your behalf. There were so many things like flatware, furniture, accommodation planning, transportation, etc. that we would have never been able to coordinate on our own. They helped recommend multiple options of only the best suppliers, but we also chose to find some of our own vendors, and they happily coordinate with them as well. I literally don't know how we would have planned a destination wedding in Italy without them. Despite the time difference from the US to Italy, they were always available- by phone, whats app, email, video chat. No question was too small or redundant. They truly went above and beyond to bring all our crazy visions to life (i.e., tattoo artists), and they even surprised us with some creative ideas --Francesca took one of my paintings and turned it into a custom tote bag for our guests. When we ran into an unexpected issue (the unexpected WILL happen), we were approached with solutions and worked through them together. We had an issue with one of our wire transfers that was ultimately our fault, and Valentina helped us ensure that we were able to move forward the day of the wedding. We could not be more grateful for having the wedding of our dreams, it was an experience that none of our guests could stop talking about... all thanks to this incredible team of women, who we consider friends. From start to finish we could not have asked for a more dedicated and professional events team. They made the entire wedding process so easy for us because they were so organized, attentive, and knowledgeable. We absolutely recommend VB Events to other international couples looking to host a wedding in Italy. They are the best of the best and they go above and beyond! To give a bit more context, we had to postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2023 due to the pandemic and these ladies stuck with us through thick and thin. As you can imagine, it was super stressful to manage vendor changes while COVID was breaking out around the world, but this team helped us talk to our venue/vendors and literally kept me sane until we were ready to set a new date in 2023. In the end we were lucky to keep all our deposits and vendors, which is a testament to this team's stellar reputation in the industry. Since we had to postpone our wedding, we essentially had to plan our wedding twice. BOTH times the VB team was super responsive to our questions and concerns. In fact, any time I sent a question to our working group, someone replied immediately within a day, and if they were not able to reply due to other weddings/travel, they let me know exactly when they would reply. We also changed our minds many times on where to hold the ceremony and reception at our venue - the team was super understanding and accommodating with making these changes. I know I wasn't the easiest bride to work with at times, so I am especially grateful for their kindness and patience with me. For our main event, everything fell perfectly into place. We felt absolutely zero stress. I don't know how they did this, but the VB team just somehow floated around and made sure everything was seamless (like angels!). Their calm and confident demeanor was exactly what we needed throughout the day. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding, from getting ready, to the ceremony, to the aperitivo, dinner, speeches, cake cutting and dancing. Our guests actually commented on how they've never seen a bride as relaxed as me. Not only was the wedding absolutely beautiful in pictures but we both FELT so at ease all day. This is the reason to hire an experienced wedding planner - not for the photos, but for the peace of mind on your wedding day so you can truly be present with your loved ones. That's a huge deal and something we'll never forget. To Marghe, Vale, Francesca: we cannot thank you enough. Our wedding was everything and more, and we couldn't have imagined doing this without your guidance, direction and expertise. Esperienza fantastica: The VB team organised the wedding of my son and daughter-in law in Ravello. They also orgaised several pre-wedding events and every function was wonderful. They were patient, ever helpful in supporting friends and family with transport arrangements, they had a wonderful list of suppliers and the arrangements were tasetful and elegant. They took care of every detail including medical emergencies. If there was stress - it was not visible to any of us! They went above and beyond in securing the best vendors for our wedding in Sicily. They made the right recommendations, pushed for the right details when we were unsure, and made sure all of our requests were met in spectacular fashion. While we looked at other wedding planners during our research process, VB events stood out immediately as the most organized, thoughtful, and imaginative team. We cannot recommend them enough! Long: from our first video conference call, Valentina, Francesca, Marghe, and Lucre built a deep trust with us through their organization, experience, and imagination for putting on spectacular weddings. My wife and I wanted to have our wedding in Sicily, a place that Valentina had yet to organize a wedding. Yet she and her team took on this challenge with excitement and confidence, immediately putting together a great list of venue, caterers, florists, lighting and musical options. They flew to Sicily to meet us several months before the wedding, orchestrating a catering tasting for my wife and I while introducing us to the lighting and music team. They laid out their early vision for the wedding and worked with us to get the details right. While we explored the island, Val and team identified the right hotels for the wedding party and guests and rehearsal venue for the night before the wedding. This first trip helped us get super comfortable with Sicily and made the wedding vision clear for what had to be done in the months ahead. In the months leading up to the wedding the VB Events team was responsive to us over WhatsApp, sharing inspiration and ideas with us and answering all of our questions. When needed, we had video conference calls to go over specific details with the team. They kept details organized in an excel for us so it was always easy to track cost estimates and what contracts were signed. By the time my wife and I travelled to Sicily for our wedding we had everything planned so we could be fully relaxed. While we enjoyed our wedding weekend at the beach and pool, Val, Franci, Marghe and Lucre worked tirelessly to perfect the rehearsal dinner and welcome party venues with artfully designed flower table settings and lighting. They helped direct guests to each event and made sure everything ran smoothly. And everything was perfect! Every detail was even better than we expected, from the folk musical trio they recommended, to the saxophonist who electrified the dance floor, and to the fireworks guy who went above and beyond! My wife and I had a vision for our wedding, which VB Events executed perfectly, then amplified with their expert recommendations. It was a true partnership that we valued from day 1. We could NOT have planned this wedding without them. Their relationship with our vendors was immeasurable as they helped cut costs while keeping the best quality. If we went back in time we would choose them again in a heartbeat! You will not be dissatisfied going with VB Events. They are the nicest, hardest working group of women. They were also kind to host us for coffee at their Florence office during our honeymoon! Thanks VB team!

She is very accommodating and reliable. She has an excellent taste too. If we had to do it over again, I would be more than happy to let her decide everything for us! Even one year later, our wedding and how flawlessly executed & special it was, is discussed whenever I see each and every of our 70+ guests that attended. Elena, you were spot on from day 1. I called you from of a google search here in the US; I flew to Florence and you met me within 48 hours -- you showed me the most gorgeous venues and you understood me and our needs/desires very very quickly. You gave me your honest opinion on the best caterer in town (say thank-you to Galateo for me) and which locations you thought to be most appropriate. You were thorough and introduced me to ONLY the best. I know that sometimes I was very decisive, and in some moments I was not, which did not make your job the easiest, but you stuck with me. I should not fail to mention that the party you threw for us the night prior to the wedding at Sesto on Arno was a mini wedding in itself and I only wished I hired a professional photographer to capture that too! It was a special night in a speculator space! That View!!!! MAGIC! In hindsight, me (and anyone you plan a wedding for in the future) should just take your initial recommendations and know that it will ALL be perfect in the end. I learned that you, and the rest of your Italian professionals take extreme pride in what you do, and will not complete something/ recommend something unless it is as close to PERFECT as you can get. On that note. Your partnering with Alessandro from Jardin Divers to help create the magic that was this wedding was the absolute right choice. What a setting and mood you both created! Everything crafted that day was picture perfect! Thank you both for creating a style that was not only authentic and timeless, but had a bit of "our story" attached to it. Especially, "the ladybugs". (See photo) Speaking of picture perfect; your recommended photographer -Alessandro Righi -- WOW! He captured EVERYTHING that Elena worked to perfect with Jardin Divers, JD Events, Galateo, and Villa le Fontanelle. My guests have been sending me messages for the last couple of days saying "we want to go back!" "please renew your vows soon!". So maybe in a few years, we might just have to throw a party in Florence with you!

We had 3 days of events, from welcome reception at Sesto on Arno, to the wedding at Villa Gamberaia to an after party Tuscan Picnic the next day at Castello Nipozzano. Esperienza fantastica: Amazing experience to work with Vb-Events in Florence. They were recommended by a friend and we decided to give it a try. My wife and I were so happy and relief when we had our first conversation with VB-E staff. We saw that they are based in Florence, have great connections with the local market and are able to clearly do business in English. They were different from other wedding websites we contacted. We planned our entire wedding from Brazil trusting their services. We are glad to say that everything went perfect ! We held our wedding at a Castle just outside of Florence. Great strengths of VB-events: Professionalism, Friendliness, and often went beyond their duties to accommodate our needs. Improvement points: Even though most of the team has a very good English, some of the staff have difficulties with English. Overall, I definitely recommend VB-Events.
