Esperienza fantastica: It is VERY difficult to distill how incredible the entire Blanc Weddings team is and how invaluable their partnership was in making our Wedding weekend the most memorable—from start to finish—for us and all 230 of our guests, most of whom traveled internationally to be there with us. Though words will certainly fall short in conveying the depth of my gratitude, I will give it a go anyway!! Sarah, Giuditta, Tommaso, Manuela, Maria and Camila and the rest of the Blanc Wedding team were invaluable partners who carefully curated 4 full spectrum events, over 3 days in Tuscany. They are BEST IN CLASS in their careful curation, planning, production and execution of major events. Though me & my husband are NYC based, Blanc allowed us to be as involved as we wanted in every aspect of planning, even when it required near daily back-and-forth. The Blanc team were clear and dependable communicators and never once left us in the dark. Simultaneously, we felt confident in their ability to make decisions on our behalf. They were 100% boots on the ground and completely committed to making our vision come to life and boy did it. We met Sarah and Giuditta in February 2024, 15 months before we got married, and knew pretty immediately they were exactly who we needed on our team. Although planning was full on, they met us where we were at in each moment, whether it be with some much needed & disarming humor, or their kindness and compassion, serving as steady sounding boards / a soft place to land when needed. What sets Blanc apart from your traditional planners is their ability/desire to connect with the couple. They got to know both me and my husband individually and as a couple, which translated into a beautifully personalized curation of our vision, which was further enhanced by Blanc’s creativity. In addition to their amazing communication and responsiveness to me + my husband & the other cooks in kitchen (in our case there were many) their care, thoughtfulness & expertise was evident in every detail. They planned for the unforeseen. Encouraged us to give energy to details that we would have otherwise been overlooked and empowered us to dream big— and in return they DELIVERED BIG! It is clear from their relationship/rapport with local vendors (food, flowers & beyond), that their professionalism is well known and wildly respected. To no surprise, every recommendation they made for vendors we happily took & fell in love with. We have the utmost trust & respect for them as human beings and professionals! 6 weeks out from the wedding, Sarah and Giuditta had weekly 2-hour zoom calls with us to go over each and every detail, big & small. They were patient beyond measure & consistently dependable, all in addition to their main act as EPIC wedding planners/collaborators. Sarah, Giuditta and their entire team were an absolute dream to work with. We know EXACTLY who to call for anniversaries— if they’ll have us for a round 2!!! Undoubtably, things don’t go exactly as planned— looking at you Mother Nature!! But Blanc was there to hold my hand, and quickly pivot, to ensure we could still produce & host the events we poured our heart and soul in! I have nothing, but love and respect for our Blanc Weddings team, who quickly turned friends and I happily share this review in the hopes that if finds many more special Bride + Grooms , that get to experience Blanc Weddings magic!! I unreservedly recommend Blanc Wedding for any couple looking to have an engaged, *seemingly effortless* and empowering planning experience. The trust and reliability they demonstrated to us time and time again will not be forgotten and any Bride & Groom would be lucky to have them spearheading their wedding planning! Esperienza fantastica: Sarah Bongini at Le Blanc weddings was a fabulous ambassador from start to finish and did an amazing job for my daughter’s Tuscan wedding in May this year . It was a 240 person 3 day destination wedding with multiple layers of complexity and often conflicting demands . Sarah and her team did not flinch under some of difficult situations she had to navigate and they were completely professional , empathetic and value added every step of the way . I would have no hesitation in recommending them as world glass gold medal wedding planners and all around wonderful people . I was sorry when it was over and miss our regular contact with this special person and team . I should also add that it was a real pleasure to deal with Giuditta and Tomasso who are also delightful people and nothing was too much trouble for any of them . Big hugs to you all .

Esperienza positiva: Our wedding itself turned out beautiful, but unfortunately, our planning experience with this agency was very disappointing. Communication was slow, feedback often took weeks, and many questions remained unanswered until we followed up repeatedly. Instead of proactive guidance, we always felt we had to push everything forward ourselves. Budgeting was especially frustrating: although our budget was agreed at the start, we ended up exceeding it by more than 30%. Whenever we raised concerns, the answer was simply that it couldn’t be done cheaper. We would have expected realistic advice and transparency from the beginning, along with proper cost tracking – instead, we had to create our own detailed Excel sheets, since only vague PDFs were provided. In addition, vendors we sourced ourselves – in part to find more affordable alternatives – were treated as entirely our responsibility, with the planners stepping back because they had not suggested them. A particularly upsetting mistake was that, although it had been assured to us multiple times that the ceremony would take place in the shade, it was set up in full sun on the day – something we had stressed was extremely important to us. No proper solution was offered. On the wedding day, although several planners were present, they appeared uncoordinated and not solution-oriented. Many of our vendors also shared that they felt obstructed rather than supported. We could list countless more examples of things that went wrong, but that would go beyond the scope of this review. I am not a fan of writing negative reviews, and this is not something I do lightly. But I would have wished to know beforehand how this agency works, and for that reason I feel it is only fair to share our experience. For the significant fee we paid, we expected professional, smooth, and creative planning that would take stress away from us – not add to it. While our planner was personally very kind, the agency’s way of working left us deeply disappointed, and sadly, we cannot recommend them.

From the welcome event to the last song on the dance floor, everything was flawlessly planned and executed. The food, the music, the décor, every single detail was beyond perfect and exceeded even our wildest expectations. Our guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended, which is the greatest compliment we could receive. Planning a wedding is stressful and a lot of work but Sarah and Giuditta did everything they could to take the stress off our plate during the planning process. During our wedding events we could not imagine how it would be without them! Because they were so organized and diligent we were able to fully enjoy our big day without feeling any stress. They worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly, even during the stressful parts like planning for rain. They also did a great job of coordinating with the other vendors. Esperienza fantastica: Sarah and her team at Blanc Weddings were absolutely incredible. After going to a wedding planned by Sarah almost 6 years ago, we knew that if we were ever going to get married we could never use another planner because nothing would ever compare. Here we are 6 years later- just a few weeks after we had our absolute DREAM wedding in Tuscany Italy. My husband and I work long hours, which meant our time for planning a wedding was very limited- Sarah, Giuditta, and Camilla at Blanc Weddings did not see this as a problem at all! Esperienza fantastica: Where do I start to describe the type of service, team and vision Sarah and her team had for our wedding! IMPECCABLE, PERFECTION AND CLASSIC LUXURY We were recommended to Blanc Weddings by a friend and it was the best choice we could’ve hoped for. We did speak to another Italian wedding planner and Blanc Wedding was the clear winner. We were lucky enough to work with Sarah Bongini and she made the process seamless. From the visits to Florence, the team had a fully planned itinerary for our visits, from venue hunting, hair and make-up trials to food tasting. It was clock-work. Sarah made our trips fun and she knows the tricks of the trade and her execution for the 2 day event exceeded all expectations. Her choice of vendors and suggestions for venues given our requirements were within budget and an excellent selection - we were spoilt for choice. Their vision on paper was amazing, but on the day it was flawless and so much more than we could have imagined. Our families and guests had the best time and all the little details didn't go amiss. Blanc weddings is the ONLY way to go if you are having a wedding in Italy (irrespective of the type of wedding i.e. Indian, English, Civil). You will be in great hands! We planned our Italian wedding from the states so I was nervous about planning a destination wedding but the Blanc team helped source THE BEST vendors and truly our wedding went off without any issues. They were so professional on wedding day and the whole team was there to make sure things ran perfectly. Seriously the best planners that made my entire destination wedding experience seamless!!

Esperienza fantastica: We worked with Blanc Weddings for our wedding in Tuscany in May 2023. We were looking for a planner who would give us guidance on everything from venues to vendors and everything in between! We were planning the wedding from the US and didn't speak fluent Italian, so we really needed a planner that would truly do everything. Blanc was wonderful - they gave us a few options for every vendor and helped us narrow down our choices. They provided guidance when we needed it (we're SO glad Sarah convinced us to have a wedding video!) and helped us make our vision happen through a labor-filled search for the right band. Most importantly, the day of the wedding they had no fewer than 5 people there making sure everything ran smoothly and without a hitch. If either of us so much as looked up with a confused look on our face, there was someone by our side within seconds to do anything needed to make our wedding weekend easy and perfect. The guests, the families, and us (the bride and groom) had the best time! Thank you!

I am from the USA and hired Blanc Weddings to help plan and execute my wedding in Italy. Camila was organized, patient, and responsive from day 1. Esperienza fantastica: We recently had the pleasure of working with Blanc Weddings in making our dream wedding a reality. We did all our planning remotely as we were unable to visit in-person, and have absolutely no regrets in choosing Blanc Weddings to be our planners. Admittedly, in the year and a half that we worked with Blanc Weddings in planning our wedding, there were some challenges in the realm of multiple personnel changes that we believe were due to a change in company ownership at the time. We landed on Camila as our fourth planner, and at that point were somewhat frustrated and doubtful. However, Camila proved to be exceptional from the start. She was attentive, responsive, personable, and always maintained a positive attitude. She showed genuine interest in understanding our vision and preferences. Her dedication and expertise were instrumental in making our special day as magical as it was. Come wedding day, Camila and Tommaso (the event logistics specialist) went above and beyond, helping to create an event more beautiful and more fun than we could have imagined. Thanks to them the wedding day-of logistics flowed seamlessly, from coordinating transportation for all our guests to/ from the venue, ensuring we remained on track time-wise and seeing to it that all our requests came to life. The best part is that we got to enjoy our day and see our vision pan out without having to worry the least bit, thanks to all their work behind the scenes. When we were faced with unpredicted rain at the onset of the event, they were quick to come up with an alternative plan to keep guests entertained while we waited for the rain to subside. Later when we had to accompany a family member to the hospital in the middle of the night after the wedding, Tommaso was so kind as to check-in on us at the hospital. We couldn't stop remarking on how spectacular our wedding turned out, thanks to them. We highly recommend Camila and Blanc Weddings, and can’t thank everyone involved enough for making our wedding day truly special!

Esperienza fantastica: I don’t even know where to begin on how amazing and wonderful the entire team at Blanc Weddings are! My welcome dinner and wedding belong on the front page of magazine to showcase the work the team did. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Planning an international wedding and not able to come to Italy during the planning would have been difficult for most. I never once stressed or second guessed anything. Having Sarah there for every moment was such a delight. She felt like family after it was all over. She and the entire team made my wedding is the best day of my life. I wish that I could do the day over every single day, of course without changing anything. Again, it was the most perfect day. I can’t say thank you enough to Sarah, and everyone at Blanc Weddings.

Esperienza positiva: I want to start by saying that our wedding was absolutely beautiful and we will never forget it. If you want everything to look impeccable, they are the one's to go to, however, be warned when it comes to your budget. I've never written a review like this but hope it will help the next person. Long story short, our original planner quit her job close to the wedding. We had a sudden loss in our immediate family which made it very difficult to continue with our plans and not having our planner anymore made us even more uncomfortable. We did decide to continue but made it very clear that the most important thing for us was to not go over our budget. Close to the wedding we get the remaining quote. The budget was written in bold but if you do the calculations, we were almost 8,000 euros over which is SIGNIFICANT. Not once did they let us know we were going over. I brought it up to our planner, she was sorry but said she couldn't do much because it was too close to the wedding. This was extremely difficult for us but we didn't want it to ruin our wedding day. Fast forward, we have our wedding and it was stunning. We asked if we owed anything else after and our planner told us no. Weeks after the wedding we receive an email that we still owe the venue a payment. Blanc weddings "accidentally" paid it for us since it was close to the wedding. Yes, we were paying the venue directly but since we hired Blanc to manage our budget we would have appreciated a heads up that they paid something on our behalf and that we still owe them money. This should have been closed before the wedding. I will not go into other minor issues but we are saddened that this ruined our experience. Blanc has wonderful taste and wont disappoint when it comes to design and quality however pay close attention when it comes to your budget.

Esperienza fantastica: We would highly recommend Valentina and Blanc Weddings' services for planning your wedding. Coming from London, there was absolutely no way we would have been able to organise and have such a beautiful wedding had we not hired Valentina as our planner. Our wedding weekend consisted of three days over two venues and 80 guests. We simply would not have been able to do it without her. She arranged everything for us, providing thorough lists and prices of vendors for each step of the process, communicating and negotiating with the vendors, and lining up all the meetings and logistics. All we had to do was let her know our preference and she would make it happen! It's clear she knows and has worked with so many different venues, caterers, florists, and photographers in and around Tuscany, so she had so much insight. On our wedding day, we felt so much more at ease knowing that Valentina was there to manage. We are still getting compliments from friends and family about how beautiful and well put together our wedding was! We highly recommend her.
