Esperienza fantastica: I’m not quite sure where to start because I have A LOT to say about Giulia and her team… We are BEYOND grateful for Giulia and her team’s exceptional work. Their communication, organization, and attention to detail were unmatched. I interviewed several wedding planners, but the moment I met Giulia, the decision was easy. I could immediately tell she genuinely wanted to learn about our relationship on a personal level so she could curate a day that truly reflected us, and she did exactly that. We hired Giulia for a two-day event. Our welcome party and our wedding day and she executed both with absolute perfection. Planning and conceptualizing our wedding design with Giulia was so much fun. I shared my inspo, and the design proposal she delivered was so perfect we literally had no notes. She took our vision and not only brought it to life, but exceeded every expectation. I’m super A-type, a bit of a control freak, and I tend to stress when I host events but Giulia and her team made me feel completely relaxed. They coordinated vendors with ease, handled every detail behind the scenes, and ensured our entire wedding week ran flawlessly. I’ve been part of several weddings and so many of them felt chaotic, so I was nervous mine would be the same but instead, I felt calm, cheerful, and allowed myself to just enjoy the big day! I swear Giulia and her team are the Goddesses of weddings… There were so many personal moments I’ll never forget. My friends and family can be a bit wild, and Vlada showed so much patience and grace during the rehearsal. Giulia stood by my side before I walked down the aisle, and her warmth genuinely calmed my nerves. And when I started my procession and saw Stefania in tears, I immediately burst into tears too LOL! These women truly care. I feel like I gained three sisters over the past year and I'm going to miss them so much... All the vendors Giulia helped us select were incredible. From my makeup artist to the caterers, music, and bartenders. Everyone felt like such an important part of our day and were all so kind and personable. It was truly an honor to work with Giulia. I hope one day we have the privilege of working together again for our 5-year anniversary because I don’t think I can wait 10 years, LOL. Because of this team, we were able to be fully present, stress-free, and surrounded by so much love. I miss our wedding week so much and it just happened. Truly a top-tier planning team. Not content with just the wedding day, we had Giulia's help with a welcome dinner and post-wedding pool party as well. What we valued most from Giulia - and I think what sets her apart - is that while she listened to and accommodated our every request, she would also challenge our ideas if they wouldn't work, and make suggestions or improvements that would work better. Some examples include accommodating guests who would not be used to the heat, and strategically suggesting less potent cocktails to start the day. These are things we hadn't considered but take someone with her depth and breadth of experience to mention. It had long been our dream to get married in Tuscany - something we had spent the endless lockdowns planning - and Giulia brought our dream to life. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect weekend and we couldn't recommend her more highly. Our family and friends were in awe at how beautifully and perfectly executed the venue, the catering, the music, the flowers, and every little detail that made our day so special. My husband and I love traveling and getting married in Italy was a just Pinterest dream. I found Giulia through Instagram in 2018 and after meeting with 2 other wedding planners, I knew she was the one to help us achieve our dream wedding. She was the most realistic and straightforward with our budget and timeline. Our initial wedding date was set for June 2020 and we had the opportunity to travel to Florence to personally meet with Giulia and visit the potential wedding venues she recommended for us. Giulia was knowledgeable of each region and what each villa could offer our guests to make their experience worthwhile. After postponing our wedding due to the pandemic, Giulia was proactive in helping us reschedule all of our vendors and never lost faith that this would one day happen for us. She was steadfast in a time of uncertainty and fast-forward to May 2022, Giulia and her team were by our side on the most memorable day of our lives. Giulia is a pefectionist, from the first call we had with her she was very clear and set our expectations right. She helped us find the best vendors and suppliers for our italian dream wedding and put on the most incredible 3 day events for us and all our guests, to say the least everything went super smooth and as a bride I felt so relaxed because I knew it was all under control, honestly it was all so perfect! Giulia and her assistant, Stefania, were the absolute best team a bride and groom could ask for and gave us the most magical three days of our lives. Esperienza fantastica: We got married in September 2024 in Tuscany, and without a doubt we owe a massive part of the success of our event to Giulia and Stefania, who were both beyond incredible in the lead up and in the actual execution over the course of the three day event. From vendor selection, keeping us on track in terms of budgetting, negotatiating and problem solving on our behalf, and showing us additional options when we weren't sure of what we wanted, they went above and beyond in all regards. Giulia's expertise is visibible from the minute you start working with her, she is highly organised, well connected with a variery of local suppliers, and has clearly a great eye for what will look good on the special day. To exemplify her execution abilities, on our wedding day, we had some challenges with the weather in the morning, and Giulia set up an alternative set up for our ceremony and apperitivo, while still managing an outdoor dinner... It was all beyond perfect in great part to her and her efforts, and far exceeded our expectations. I cannot imagine us having such a special wedding without Giulia's assistance and to be quite honest I do not even think it would be possible to achieve what our event was, without her assistance, guidance and coordination along the way. Esperienza fantastica: We hired Giulia as our wedding planner for our August 2024 wedding in Tuscany. We are happy to say that she orchestrated the best weekend of our lives! We hosted 3 days of events and were blown away by the stunning design and attention to detail that she and her team provided. Across the multiple events, her presence took away all the stress of coordinating various activities and multiple vendors. We were able to focus on being present with each other and our guests, which was such a gift. Worth adding that she was an absolute joy to work with! When we first reached out to Giulia, we were excited to see all the experience she had planning other weddings in Tuscany. We knew she had a great taste for design and are so happy with how all of the design at our wedding came out - it felt like it was straight out of a fairytale! She has great relationships with all the necessary vendors to make an incredible wedding happen, and it was easy to entrust her to coordinate with them directly. Our guests, some of whom work in events and hospitality themselves, were very impressed with the level of efficiency and professionalism of Giulia and all her vendors. It is worth nothing that we were able to trust Giulia with the plan B for the wedding - she detected rain in the forecast a few weeks before the ceremony and advised us to consider renting a tent so we could still have a beautiful wedding dinner. Turns out that we had to use plan B for both the ceremony and the dinner - and we are SO happy we took her advice. Even though the ceremony isn't what we had planned for for months, it was gorgeous and intimate and we wouldn't change a thing. We highly, highly recommend Giulia to anyone who is interested in having a wedding in the Tuscany region! You can trust her with making your vision come to life!

Esperienza fantastica: I don’t know where to start! Our wedding and the days leading up to it were the happiest days of our lives and that wouldn’t have been possible without Giulia. She is an absolute expert in wedding planning, leaving no stone unturned. I had a pretty specific vision for our day, and throughout the year and a half of planning, Giulia always made me feel seen and heard. She thought of every single detail, was so organized, had incredible vendors, and was incredibly flexible with any changes we had. She truly brought our dream to life. We knew how attentive and wonderful she was during the entire planning process, but over our days together in Italy it truly showed. Esperienza fantastica: I don’t even know where to begin! Giulia was the magician behind the curtain for our stunning wedding weekend in Tuscany this past September. When deciding to have a destination wedding overseas (we live in NYC) we knew we wanted to have a planner who would take care of all the booking, organization & communication with all of our vendors. Giulia has an extensive list of vendors all of the highest grade of quality, work ethic & professionalism that she allows you to make decisions from based on proposals for your wedding vision. This includes finding a venue, catering, florists, musicians, sound, lights, photographer etc., the list goes on. This really helped visualize the day and help plan when I couldn’t be in person. Giulia has an amazing eye for detail & was able to turn our wedding dreams into reality. She was easy to work with, responsive, organized & helped us manage all the budgeting needs for our big day. During the day Giulia & team made sure we stuck to schedule and that all ran smoothly. We cannot thank Giulia and her team enough for the absolute magic she created for us & our guests. This was a big priority for us which she guided us to make the best decisions based on the larger picture and what we valued most. She could tell whenever we had a question, hesitation, or concern and encouraged us to talk it through with her. She even put family and guest challenges into perspective for us. Her direct advice was firm yet kind which made us trust her 100%. Her team on site and the vendors that she partners with are incredibly special and a well oiled machine. On the day of, Giulia made sure that everything ran smoothly; all details were exactly what we had discussed. We never took a moment away from each other knowing that Giulia was there to oversee the day. Our guests, to this day, still talk about how amazing the florals were, the reception tablescape the most beautiful they had seen, the never ending food was delicious, making for a unique and intimate wedding weekend. If we could do it all over again, we would absolutely use Giula and her team. Ricky and I are so blessed that she was our planner and can't thank her enough for giving us one of the most important day of our lives. Grazie mille again! P.S. Esperienza fantastica: Giulia is incredible. She helped us plan our absolute dream Italy wedding in Tuscany. She is truly full service and took the time to understand the vibe I was going for and made it happen. She kept track of all the details and is SO ORGANIZED!!! which was amazing and absolutely crucial when planning logistics for 60+ people. She truly goes above and beyond, from handling last minute requests for changes to taking care of any issues so I didn’t even know they were a problem (ex: the wrong plates were sent, she had one of her team drive the morning of the wedding to get the right ones!!!). We had to postpone our wedding one year due to covid, and it went flawless. We are wedding photographers and while we see a lot we want to make sure that goes right on our own wedding day, we gave Giulia the full trust and freedom and she absolutely owned it. On our Welcome Party and on the Wedding day she went above and beyond, more than we could have ever asked for. She gave us a magical wedding day, that we still cant get over yet.
