Esperienza fantastica: From the moment we began working with Sara and Alessia we knew we were in extraordinary hands, but we could have never imagined just how exceptional the experience would be. We had no idea what we were getting into when we started planning our destination wedding. We only had an outline in our minds of what we wanted our weekend to look like, and we had no idea what it would take to bring that vision into life, fully-fledged. Knowing what we know now, and looking back on everything that went into our wedding, we can say one thing with confidence: there is no version of our wedding that exists without Floe Weddings. It simply would not have happened. But not only did it happen, it truly was the most perfect weekend of our lives. Sara and Alessia are masters of their craft. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They kept us on a clear timeline, breaking down our tasks and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Esperienza fantastica: The Floè Wedding team (Sara and Alessia) exceeded every expectation. Our wedding at Villa di Loro was absolutely perfect. We worked with them for 11 months in the lead-up to our destination wedding. They coordinated multiple visits to Tuscany to help with our venue selection and vendor coordination. During our visits to Tuscany before the wedding, they impressed us with their calm professionalism, quick solutions, and genuine kindness. They offered us an excellent selection of vendors for every aspect of the wedding and also ensured to provide tasteful recommendations when needed. There were times when we were not sure what we wanted, but Sara and Alessia helped us make the right decision and adapted easily to our changes. We cannot recommend them enough, they brought our vision to life with such grace and precision. They were fantastic at keeping us organized with the many vendors, contracts and payment schedules. On the wedding day, Sara and Alessia showed up full of enthusiasm, good energy and excitement. You could tell they really wanted to make our day truly special. From the very beginning, Sara and Alessia were incredible — organised, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to our endless questions. Right away, we could tell they were very organized and would handle everything for us, which is very important when you are across the world trying to plan your wedding! Il n'est jamais simple de faire confiance à quelqu'un sans l'avoir jamais vu, et à distance. Or, le contact a été si fluide, elles étaient si agréables, que ce fut une évidence. Nous avions en tête un mariage très intimiste, à 2, dans un joli village de toscane. Les propositions faites sur le lieu, les prestataires, ont été parfaites, si bien que nous avions du mal à choisir... Esperienza fantastica: We truly can’t say more good things about our experience with Sara and Alessia at floé weddings - from the beginning they helped us design and curate our dream wedding in Tuscany! We’re based in the UK and we knew planning a wedding abroad could be a tricky affair, but Sara and Alessia guided us through the whole process, recommended and helped us select incredible local vendors and made what is usually a stressful process, really enjoyable. They were so attentive, responsive and helpful in the lead up to, and during, our wedding, we couldn’t have done it without them! They were beyond amazing on our actual wedding day, my husband and I were able to just relax and enjoy while everything ran smoothly. Without a doubt the most attentive, responsive, helpful and genuinely caring wedding planners who looked after us and our destination wedding (Australia > Italy) dreams from start to finish for 2 years. Esperienza fantastica: After finding our dream venue in Italy, we chose a date for our wedding that was less than 7 months away. Planning a wedding abroad in that amount of time is no easy feat! We never could’ve gotten through it all without the expertise, continuous guidance, and support of Sara and Emanuele from Floé. From the first virtual introduction, we knew they were the right fit as they are both so caring, personable, and empathetic. We also knew we were in excellent hands as they emphasized that their job was to keep this process as stress-free as possible for us. Given the tight timeline, many vendors were already booked for our wedding weekend. For a moment, we were uncertain if we would even have a caterer(!). But Sara worked a few miracles to secure the services of exceptional vendors for the entirety of our wedding weekend, which consisted of three separate events. Additionally, she and Emanuele organized a week of vendor meetings: including the first site inspection at our venue, meeting our preferred florist, a tasting with the caterer, and a trial with my hair and makeup artist. Although many aspects of wedding planning are overwhelming, we always knew we were on track because of Sara and Emanuele’s clear communication. Every email I sent (and there were many) was responded to promptly with thorough updates. In the end, all of the details both large and small came together to create the wedding of our dreams. We know it never would have been possible without Floé and so we will be forever grateful that our paths crossed giving us the opportunity to get to know each other and bring our wedding vision to life together. Esperienza fantastica: From the moment we contacted Sara, she was the most friendly, helpful and supportive person we could have wished for! Sara took the stress out of all the wedding planning - venue searching, knowledge of trustworthy suppliers, mood boards & ideas, as well as translating and negotiating on our behalf. We were grateful for all her advice and opinion on everything. We had our wedding last summer and it was our dream wedding. We wouldn't have wanted to go through our wedding planning experience with anyone else. Esperienza fantastica: Let us first start off with saying that Sara is awesome, and potentially a secret member of the Avengers :-) When we kicked off our journey together in 2019, we were immediately impressed with her organisational skills. We didn't quite know what to expect and planning a wedding seemed quite daunting... and then she sent us a website with potential venues (all easy to compare), an itinerary, a payment plan with all things one could possibly imagine accounted for. Amazing. She was very involved, everything was tailored and we had great fun on our tasting tour! Then... unfortunately Covid-19 happened, but with Sara at our side we wavered that storm. She constantly kept us in the know on developments, helped us move the wedding without any problems or challenges. She was a rock in the surf! In September we finally tied the knot, the day was magical and happened without any hick-ups and we have Sara to thank for that! Grazie mille!

Esperienza fantastica: Hired Sara from the states as a wedding planner to organize our renewal of vows in Tuscany. Both her and her staff was courteous, fast, readily available, for anything. Being thousands of miles from Italy it was nerve wracking, to pick the venue, food, photographer ect... she made it a breeze and went above and beyond. We can not thank her enough to make our day so special and perfect in every way!!!
