Also the expertise and recommendations on the matters that were on our responsibility was extremely great. Could not have hoped for more for our wedding in Tuscany

Esperienza fantastica: To our dear wedding planner Anne: we don’t know where we would have been without you. We felt from the very first meeting that we are in good hands. Your calmness, endless patience, local knowledge and creativity combined with the ability to keep everything under control every minute and every second of the day blew us away. We came to you with more questions than an actual plan on anything and with your kind help and guidance our wedding turned from scribblings on a piece of paper to this majestical secret garden wedding in September of 2025. It has been two months now and we still cannot believe what an amazing wedding you organized for us. What a time to be alive! Everything just fell into place so easily from the start and even though our request on the venue (city wedding, easy access from an airport and hopefully something with a nice garden) was not the easiest one, you found us the perfect place very quickly. We did not even know places like Domus Comeliana existed but somehow you found it; a secret garden just under the leaning tower of Pisa. We cannot think of a single issue we had during the whole project and even though organizing a wedding typically involves some amount of stress, we can happily state that we felt no stress or worry at all – not during the process leading up to the big day nor during the actual wedding day as we knew that if something unexpected would happen, you would somehow sort it out. Our wedding day went just as we wanted it to go: we showed up with our favourite people in the world and celebrated the night away! A memory of Anne that we still smile about is also from the early morning hours after our wedding. We had requested one big red heart shaped balloon to be placed close to the entrance so that the guests would find our secret garden venue. We had just left the venue and walked across the Pisa tower garden until we hear a ”Nina! Fredrik! ” from the other side of the garden. It was Anne running towards us across the garden with the balloon in her hand, making sure we got the balloon with us as a memory from the wedding. It was such a lovely thing to do and there we were, the three of us standing in the middle of the night under the leaning tower of Pisa and nobody else in sight in the otherwise busy area – hearts full and our forever just beginning after the most amazing wedding ❤️ So a million times: thank you Anne

Esperienza fantastica: ATTENTION TYPE-A BRIDES - this planner is for you. I got married in late September 2025 right outside Florence and could not recommend Monica enough! Monica is Italian but has lived and worked in the US for decades, including several years at Soho House New York. When she's not working as a nurse in the US (superwoman I swear) she spends the wedding season in Italy growing her small planning business and bringing dreams to life. Best of both worlds - She's a local (from Lucca) so she can speak (and negotiate!) with the vendors in Italian, and she's also got the work ethic and attention to detail that type-A brides dream of. More than anything, she is filled with endless empathy and kindness, by the end of our experience she felt like an old friend. Communication - From our first call with her we knew she would be perfect. Her communication skills are EXCELLENT and as is her follow up. Monica would start our calls with proactive updates on every last tiny detail, meticulously keeping track of all the missing pieces. She was also SO accessible, with no limits on number of calls and texts you could have. Her esthetic vision was impeccable. I'm personally not a big flowers or decor person, but my husband on the other hand had a beautiful esthetic vision in a Pinterest board (a real keeper!). I knew Monica had good taste from her Instagram, but the beauty she delivered on our wedding day BLEW MY MIND. It wasn't a copy-paste of her other work, instead she curated the perfect vibe with a mix of flower species, fruit, and rustic statue busts. She is worth her weight in gold - I won't share what Monica charged us, but know that whatever she asks for is well worth it! Other planners I spoke to while wading through the Italian Wedding Industrial Complex (you'll probably guess the usual suspects as you go) were asking for exorbitant amounts, saying things like "we charge 20k euro or 10% of the wedding, whichever is higher", which inherently incentivizes them to drive up costs. With Monica, we felt like we had a partner who was on our side. She was upfront about all costs, negotiated on our behalf with unreasonable vendors, and was very clear about how asking her for additional services would impact her fee . All in all - I could not recommend her enough. Brides, it's possible and it's important to have a planner that you actually LOVE. I enjoyed my own wedding so very much, and I could not have done this without Monica.

This allowed us to relax and spend quality time with family before the big day. Esperienza fantastica: We are so lucky to have found Anne and Lovely Weddings to help us with our wedding. From the very start everything was easy and smooth. While the organization of a wedding (in the middle of a busy spring at work) pushed as really to our boundaries sometimes, the planning meetings with Anne always made the project feel less stressful. We could not have done it without Anne, an asset that really did an incredible effort navigating us through the jungle of millions of to-do’s and decisions in terms of vendors, program, venue styling, decorations etc. In particular, one of Anne’s best characteristics is the patience with which she handled us both when timetables (and our tempers) got tense. The wedding itself was AMAZING. The flowers, decorations and everything really surprised us - we had never seen anything as beautiful. Although we never doubted Anne’s skills, we couldn’t have ever thought how perfect the venue looked and felt. Also the coordinating and everything relating to the wedding day and party itself must have gone perfectly, as we did not even notice the arrangements/coordination and were able to enjoy the weekend as we would have been guests at our own wedding - which, by the way, was one of the best parties we have ever attended. All in all, Anne somehow managed to arrange the wedding of our dreams (and even more!). So once again a thousand thanks for everything. Esperienza fantastica: We got married in Tuscany October 2022. Anne was our wedding planner who helped us with everything. Already from our first call we felt confident that she was the right choice. We talked about our wishes and the style we wanted and based on that Anne found the perfect venue for us. We had good communication all the time and she kept us updated on the status. If we had any questions or concerns we could just talk to her. Anne is very organized and has an eye for the details. On our wedding day Anne and her business partner Monica were coordinating everything and even did a last minute change of the ceremony location so it became even better than planned. They were working with the vendors so we could just enjoy the day. We couldn't recommend Lovely Weddings Italy enough. They made our wedding weekend perfect and our guests still keep saying that it felt like a dream being at our wedding in wonderful Tuscany.

Esperienza fantastica: We had a small wedding in Tuscany in June 2022 and we couldn't have hoped for better service than what we got from Lovely Weddings Italy! Anne was easy and fast to communicate with and she understood our vision and hopes perfectly. Even though we had a small 10 person wedding party and a rather small budget, Anne always made us feel important and was able to work well with our budget. Both Anne and Monica came to organise the venue on our wedding day and everything went smoothly and the venue looked very beautiful! Esperienza fantastica: From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to say the biggest thank you to Anne from Lovely Weddings and the great team she gathered together for ensuring we had the perfect elopement. We had to cancel our wedding (in Finland) due to covid, but thanks Lovely Weddings, we ended up with the most romantic and perfect elopement in Tuscany. Because of our tight schedule (only 2 weeeks time) we weren’t sure if we could make this possible. But luckily, we found Lovely Weddings by Google search. Right from the start, Anne’s communication with us was prompt and effortless. Due to very limited preparation time we doubted that we could pull this thru but it was Anne and her great everything is possible-attitude that ensured us that we can make it. And that is also when we knew we made the decision for hiring Lovely Weddings. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect! Our entire day felt like a dream. Everything was perfectly thought out, and we didn’t have to worry anything at all. On the wedding day Anne was brilliant, she took care of every little detail and ensured everything went smoothly. We were able to relax and enjoy the day to the fullest. Finally, cannot recommend Anne and Lovely Weddings enough! Esperienza fantastica: We honestly couldn't have asked for better wedding planners! Anne and Monica were extremely responsive and helpful from the very first email. They were very genuine and took time to understand our situation and what we imagined for our dream wedding, from how we wanted the day to feel, color schemes, food, rehearsal dinner, flowers, decor, transportation...everything! They were so respectful of our budget and our unique requests, and were happy to offer advice to make our day even more special. We were lucky to get to meet with them twice in person at our venue before the wedding, where we carefully walked through all of the details that we would never have thought of. Their knowledge of the local area and services was invaluable! We left nearly everything to them and had a very relaxing and fun buildup before the wedding, much different to the crazy wedding planning many of my friends experienced at home trying to plan it themselves. These ladies are the best, and I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend them to anyone considering a wedding in Italy!

Esperienza fantastica: Anne and Monica organized perfectly our three-day long wedding near Rome for almost 100 people, cannot recommend them warmly enough! From finding the perfect venue to coordinating all vendors to coming up with great ideas, their help made planning the wedding very easy and stress-free for us. At the actual wedding everything was so well organized and beautiful, and we as bride and groom got to take it so easy it almost felt like being one of the guests, so little stress or fuss we saw and experienced! From rehearsal dinner to wedding to Sunday brunch everything worked so well. Anne and Monica have a great eye for the visuals and aesthetics, the focus on what's important and they are very easy and fun to communicate with. We couldn't have done it without them!
