Esperienza fantastica: As the mother of the bride, I am here to tell you that If you get the opportunity to work with Gina, owner of My Tuscan Wedding , do it, you won’t regret it! What a blessing to cross paths with her and have her collaborate with us to create a fairy tale wedding at Villa Medici di Lilliano.  By the end of our one-year journey, we felt like Gina and her assistant were part of our family! Planning a wedding for 100 people traveling to Italy from the United States is challenging, but having Gina by our side made this process fun and exciting.  She is English speaking and fluent in Italian and well respected by all of the high-quality vendors she recommended who in many cases went above and beyond what was requested.  She is extremely caring and organized and always advocated for us.  Our once-a-month zoom calls were always productive. We interacted via email as needed each month and Gina and her team were very responsive.  Our wedding guests are still talking about how magical our wedding week was.  Gina made everything feel seamless - the Welcome Party in Florence, Dinner for our 27 guests at the Villa the day before the wedding, and of course Wedding Day.  An unbelievable journey our family and friends will never forget!!

From the very beginning, they made what could have been a complicated destination wedding feel completely seamless and enjoyable. They were incredibly professional, organized, and responsive throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding from afar can be stressful, but Gina and Isa made everything feel easy with their prompt communication, attention to detail, and expert guidance. When the wedding weekend arrived, everything came together even more beautifully than we could have imagined. They took the time to truly understand what we wanted, even though they had never planned an Eritrean–Western wedding in Tuscany before. They exceeded all our expectations. Honestly without Gina, Isa and their team we could not have come close to the wedding we had. From meticulous timing to when we have to book photography and bands in preparation the my Tuscan wedding team helped us to precisely accomplish the perfect 3 day Tuscan wedding extravaganza. Meet and greet parties, the actual wedding, family dinners, fireworks, bands, incredible florals, not a detail was missed and I am forever grateful for all the help and prep that went into our wedding. If you are looking at doing any wedding in Tuscany, ASK FOR HELP. You will not be able to do it all yourself and Gina and the My Tuscan Wedding team know exactly who, what, where, and how to deliver. We are back in Tuscany again and going to meet up with our team and staff because they became our Italian family!

Esperienza fantastica: I knew Gina would be my wedding planner when she went above and beyond even BEFORE we hired her. My husband and I were traveling in Italy, thinking about getting married there, and she came up with a schedule for us to look at venues and helped us every step of the way before she was even our official planner. Gina, Sabrina and Robbie treated us like they were planning their own families’ wedding- with so much care and careful planning. I can’t recommend them enough - for their incredible organizational skills, network of incredibly talented vendors, and their quick response time. They completely put us at ease. Planning an international wedding was no small task, but I would recommend it to anyone who had Gina and her team on their side.

Esperienza fantastica: I cannot thank Gina and her crew enough for the amazing job that they did for creating the most magnificent fairytale wedding for our daughter. Two days before the wedding Gina and her assistant were there to welcome the family and bridal party to help us settle in our accommodations at the venue. The next day she arranged optional activities for all the guests. She and her assistant walked us through the rehearsal in mid afternoon followed by a welcome cocktail and pizza party for all the guests and their families. Pizza was freshly made on the premises at the venue with entertainment by local folk musicians and dancers. The highlight of the evening was a surprise visit by a gelato truck. Imagine all you can eat gelato of different flavors! What a treat! The wedding day was hectic as expected. Gina was there to calm everyone’s nerves. The caterer and florist were busy setting up for the wedding overlooking the town below. What started out as a beautiful sunny day suddenly turned dark and ominous an hour before the ceremony. We could see heavy down pour a distance away heading toward us. Gina very calmly reassured us that everything will be fine. They will move the cocktail reception into the villa and cover everything else with tarp. No sooner did they finish, rain poured. Gina must have had a direct line with God. While still raining twenty minutes before the scheduled time, she asked us to tell the guest to get ready to head out in ten minutes. The ceremony will be starting on time as planned. She was right. The rain stopped ten minutes later, the sky was clear and sunny, the midsummer temperature cooled down by the rain. The ceremony went without a hitch. I could go on and on about what followed. The food, the traditional Italian wedding cake, the fireworks; yes, fireworks shot up from below with magnificent displays right before our eyes. Everything was perfect. Thank you Gina and your team. You are truly exceptional at what you do. God bless you for making dreams come true for so many couples.

Esperienza fantastica: Gina and her team were absolute rockstars when it came to planning our three day wedding extravaganza in Tuscany. Her knowledge and Rolodex of vendors helped make everything seamless and the weekend went off without a hitch. Her attention to detail, aesthetic allowed us to walk into an Italian wonderland without having to worry about a thing. The wedding was better than I could have ever imagined - all our guests said it was the most amazing wedding they had ever been to. Highly recommend - and having a planner who spoke English was critical when it came to negotiating and dealing with contracts in Italian.

Esperienza fantastica: Where do I begin. If I could give 100 stars I would. As soon as I had an initial zoom call with Gina, I knew she was the one. Gina and her team were phenomenal! I had a vision of how I wanted my wedding day to go, and she made it 10000x better than I could have ever imagined. She is so attentive and goes above and beyond to make your day perfect. From answering any question you might have in a timely fashion, to finding the perfect venue and vendors, to staying within a budget you give her. For brides on a budget, she’s also very affordable and will work with whatever budget you have. She makes you feel comfortable to where I don’t look at her as a wedding planner, but as a friend. Through all my crazy ideas and changing my mind she was so calm and just made it happen with no complaints. Her attention to detail is beyond what my head could ever process, so it made the details even more perfect. She is your biggest advocate and will make sure vendors are not over charging you for anything. Through all my events she made the day flawless, if there was something that went wrong I never knew about it and she handled everything. I had a wonderful experience and I want every bride’s wedding day to be as magical as mine. If you’re considering My Tuscan Wedding, you should choose them with no hesitation. Esperienza fantastica: Gina. What can I say—she is an incredible wedding planner who brought our dreams to life, and then some! When my husband and I decided to plan a destination wedding we interviewed numerous planners and are so glad we chose Gina. I don’t know where to start, but I’ll say that having a planner who is originally from the US but has lived in Italy for decades was a huge asset – she understands what American brides want and how to help navigate all the idiosyncrasies that come along with being in Italy—such as Italian (in)efficiency! Also, her value for the price is extraordinary. While they say you get what you pay for, I truly believe that we actually got far more than we paid for, as there’s so much that goes into planning a multi-day affair. We spoke with planners who cost more and planners who cost less but feel like we got the vibe and quality of the super-expensive boutique planners at a reasonable rate. We spoke with one planner who essentially told us a wedding wasn’t possible with our budget, but Gina made it happen! Further, everything was personalized to us, rather than a basic cookie-cutter wedding that others would have offered. She had great ideas across all price points and was able to identify ways to bring down the cost of our pre-wedding pizza party, such as reusing certain décor or purchasing the wine ourselves. She also has amazing connections with vendors—including exclusive access to a caterer with a Michelin-rated restaurant, a brilliant florist, great DJ, and the best photographers in Tuscany, who shoot for many couture fashion houses. Gina’s style is impeccable! I had some vague ideas of what I liked, and omg, it turned out better and more gorgeous than I could have imagined. We had numerous guests say it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, including one bridesmaid who was also a bridesmaid in another Italian destination wedding! I’d also be remiss to not say what a wonderful person she is—making the whole process fun, even when we had to adjust and change things due to COVID. We’ve since referred other friends to Gina for their wedding, which also turned out beautifully!

She is more than a wedding planner; she became a friend throughout the whole experience, and she genuinely cares about making your wedding everything you want it to be and more. I can honestly say we had the Italian wedding of our dreams, and we have Gina to thank for it. Through contract negotiations and renegotiations (we were a COVID wedding) I think my wife would have lost her mind if not for Gina. Planning a wedding is stressful, doing so in the middle of a global pandemic, including 3 formal postponements, even more so. Trust me when I tell you that when things go awry you want a wedding planner like Gina who will support you and guide you through it all. I will forever be grateful to her for all that she did for us. I cannot stress how great it was to have a fluent Italian speaker who could communicate on our behalf while completely understanding all of our texts, emails and commentary. Nothing got lost in translation. From the pizza party to the gelato truck to the fedora hats and parasols, Gina had loads of creative ideas and fun ways to engage our guests and bring the whole Italian experience to life. I also truly appreciate a planner who won’t pressure you to go beyond your budget, but knows how to stretch it as well, and will provide you with options galore on everything that you want. Esperienza fantastica: Gina and her team delivered us the perfect wedding weekend - our guests were absolutely floored, we had so many people say it felt like a movie set and was truly a once in a lifetime experience, and we totally agree! When we started planning we thought we had an idea of what we had taken on but in hindsight it was much, much more. Gina was professional, attentive and creative throughout the entire planning process to ensure that we got what we wanted - offering honest advice along the way. Esperienza fantastica: There are people who are quite the epitome of excellence and it is evident to ALL that their career is really sheer artistry. It is a rare phenomenon to encounter the level of craftsmanship, knowledge and the extra care that we witnessed in our wedding planner Gina Rodriguez. She is the Proprietor, Founder and CEO of My Tuscan Wedding. She and her wonderful staff in the persons of Isabelle Grabau and Sabrina Sartoni curated magic for my daughter Anastacia and her new husband Larone L. Gilmore, Jr. on October 11, 2023 at Villa Grabau in Lucca, Italy. And it was marvelous in ALL our eyes. But, this fairytale wedding could have gone left easily if it wasn't for My Tuscan Wedding.Though Anastacia said "Yes" almost 2 years prior; it seemed as if the clock was on Vulcan warp time and expediting with each pendulum stroke in quantum leaps by January 2023. Nothing was on cue based on the Knot's timeline. Panic was setting in within the young couple's camp. Anastacia had already gone down various rabbit holes and through the looking glass to try and plan this Great Big Italian localed wedding. This was a hard feat from East Chicago USA. She assumed that if you had a Macbook computer, asked Google the right questions and made calls at the right time of the day despite navigating two time zones and two countries… all would go well. Aucontraire, Euro conversions, unfamiliarity with potential vendors, VAT tax, siestas times and the lay of the land was more than a notion. My daughter and her fiance needed a professional. The search for a wedding planner was very disheartening. Some of the quotes were ridiculously ludacris and some of their attitudes were haughty because they believed the young couple's dream was a bit much and could not be executed! But not Gina Rodriguez! Her quote was more than reasonable. Her patience, passion, and joyful demeanor was quite engaging. When she spoke Anastacia and Larone felt all was well. Oh but when she laughed in excitement they knew they were in safe hands for sure. Gina felt like home. At last, we all believed the dream could come true. Gina listened intently and seemed very intentional in executing a couple's creative venture through her organizational skills and network of vendors that she trusted and who trusted her. Gina's team worked in synchronicity to ensure Anastacia and Larone's dream would be the blissful day they envisioned. Her knowledge of all things Italian weddings is quite vast. Stacia and Ronnie were able to go to Italy and meet with Gina and Olivia Catering a few months before the wedding for a taste test and to talk about cake! They were geeked, treated like royalty and given a wonderful experience! Her attention to details includes YOU..not just timely payments, wire tracking and getting a vendor for the occasion. The wedding night, she moved like the hostess with the most..even stepping in at the last minute as Mistress of Ceremony. Her ability to anticipate and guide you through the process of experiencing a beautiful Tuscan wedding comes with practice, attention to details, having a great team and loving what they do! And though the big wedding day is over, the feeling of the day of and all the days leading up to ' The Day' is near and ever present. Esperienza fantastica: I cannot recommend Gina enough… My husband and I found Gina online just over a year prior to our wedding. Straight away she was super quick to reply to all of our questions and recommended the perfect venue for us. Throughout the whole process Gina was available for zoom calls, responded to our lengthy emails and was a very calming and reassuring presence. We visited our venue in October last year which was really well organised. We were able to visit our amazing florist, Gabrielle, as well as stay for a night at our venue, Villa Daniela Grossi, and try our wedding menu. It really was perfect! Gina has excellent recommendations for vendors and is very intuitive and really understood what we were trying to achieve. She has options for very every budget and helped us to plan each aspect of the wedding within our price range and was able to advise us on the best quality for our budget. In the final weeks before the wedding Gina was great at keeping us calm and negotiating with all of our suppliers. She is very organised!! She also had some great suggestions to make the ceremony even better in the few days prior, such as having a fairy light backdrop behind the wedding cake which looked incredible in photographs. On the day of the wedding Gina and her team were indispensable. We had a tight schedule and packed quite a lot in between 5pm- midnight. The level of organisation and planning was incredible! All of her team were on hand to help with absolutely everything and the ceremony, reception, meal and dancing all went so smoothly. Gina and her team helped to look after our guests and took care of any issues so that we didn’t need to worry about anything. She completely took the stress out of the day and we trusted her 100% There is no way we could have organised a wedding like this without Gina and her team. The whole setting was absolutely incredible and the decor was beautiful. We are so happy we chose Gina as our wedding planner and thank her for creating the most beautiful wedding ✨

Esperienza fantastica: My experience on Gina as our wedding planner: Me and my wife Lil cannot be happier that we chose Gina to plan our wedding. She helped us create the wedding of our dreams that us and our friends will never forget. As a person she is intuitive and as sweet as it gets, which made whole the process enjoyable. Weddings can be stressful and it was important for us that we could be present at the most important day of our lives and Gina made that possible. If I’m honest, I was a bit sceptical about having a wedding planner who we hadn’t met in person, but all my worries went away as we started planning the wedding together and especially seeing the end result, it was absolutely worth the cost. During the wedding days and week, Gina was very reliable and we especially appreciated the following qualities in her work during this time: *She was fully at our service for the last week and helped to solve last minute issues *During the wedding and rehearsal dinner, she took care of any questions, issues and communication, so that we could fully focus on enjoying our wedding and didn’t have to stress about any organizational matters *She helped our guests with ad-hoc issues that came up *There was designated assistant for both bride and groom on the wedding day (in additon Gina) who assisted us in every step and helped make the day easy In conclusion, we are very happy with Gina’s service and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Italy.

Our wedding turned out better than we envisioned with everything planned out to the smallest detail by Gina, but what is even more important, we had a person we trusted 100% with us the biggest day (week) of our lives who we knew could solve any upcoming problems with ease. Gina planned a perfect 4 day event for us and our guests and with only 8 months. All activities, dinners, tours were planned out so well, that us and our guests could just enjoy the our time. During the time leading up to the wedding, these were the outstanding qualities in Gina’s service: *She was always available and answered emails quickly *She was open to have video calls often and we always felt she had time for us *She provided several different plans and options for us to choose at variety of price ranges *She helped us with budgeting the wedding and advised us on ways to balance the cost and best quality *She adapted quickly to our wishes to change anything *She understood our wishes and vision without us having to explain it too much, and came up with a style for the whole wedding based on that. *She had a very personalized approach and great ideas that fit well with our style *She has a large network of very professional service providers (band, catering, florist) that she proposed *She suggested out of the box ideas that worked very well *She was warm and open in her discussions *She negotiated with the service providers and organized the contracts, payment details etc Overall we couldn’t have chosen a better person to organize our dream event. Esperienza fantastica: My husband and I were introduced to Gina in 2020 when we originally had planned to have our destination wedding in Tuscany. Due to covid we were forced to post-pone and plan for a future date which turned out to be this year in July. We intended to take a trip to Italy to meet Gina, the vendors, and see the location prior to the wedding. However, that ended up not being possible between travel bans during covid and then we were pregnant in 2022. All of this to say, during the planning process, Gina had the extra task of having to thoroughly explain everything to us, from how the villa is set up to describing the taste of the food. She gave us all the tools we needed to be able to make decisions from abroad. The first time we saw the venue/set up was on the first night at our welcome cocktail and we were completely blown away. Everything was as she explained it would be but to see it in real life was breathtaking. There is no doubt that Gina is an expert and knows not only what she is doing but also who she is doing it with. All the vendors were incredible. On the next day during the ceremony and reception Gina and her team orchestrated the most perfect day. Everything went off without a hitch. Our wedding was a dream, something out of a fairytale. Gina is a gem and any bride and groom planning a wedding would be blessed to have her to guide them through the planning process. It would have been impossible for us to have that perfect of a day with out My Tuscan Wedding. Thank you so much Gina & co!

Fortunately, we had the perfect in Gina! She was professional at all times, organized, a great listener and really pays attention to every detail. She always keeps your budget in mind! Esperienza fantastica: Our experience with My Tuscan Wedding and Gina were incredible. Coming from the states, there is no way we would have been able to pull of an international wedding without the help of her and her team. Our wedding was absolutely amazing and we are so so grateful to Gina and her colleague Ludovica for arranging everything. Not only did they organize our wedding, but they also went above and beyond to help us arrange housing and hotels for us and our guests, transportation suggestions and also booked restaurants and wine tastings for our group in the couple days prior to our wedding. They were always available if any issues arose with reservations, and helped us figure out things like where to park inside the city walls of Lucca which would have been impossible to navigate without their help. I can’t recommend this team enough for all the work they put in and their consistent positive spirits and attitudes that made our wedding a breeze. Gina even single-handedly solved a wardrobe malfunction when a fruit fly got smushed into the front of my wedding dress during the ceremony. Esperienza fantastica: Gina was fantastic to work with. I interviewed two wedding planners and appreciated that she was very down to earth. Since we were coming from the states and no previewing anything it was great to have someone we trusted. The flowers were gorgeous, the food was five star, our DJ nailed it, and the owner of the villa and her team were wonderful. We wish we could have our wedding over and over again because it was so much fun!

We would have NEVER been able to plan a destination wedding by ours selfs (and I would never recommend anyone to do so eather.) Gina was by our side in every part of our wedding. Gina is perhaps, above all, a great listener. She listened to my ideas and brought her own creative and beautiful visions to the table. It was a pleasure to work in collaboration with Gina and her team to make these ideas a reality. Gina carefully selected vendors who matched our budget and style. Her team of experts, including the florist, videographers, hair and make up stylists, and caterers are nothing short of artists. I can only commend them on their talents and thank them for their incredible work. It felt right that Gina and her team were a part of our wedding day. They not only brought our wedding to life, but they ensured everything went smoothly on the day. Frequently, our guests commented on Gina and her team's helpfulness. As the bride, I as was able to be in the moment on my wedding day because I knew Gina had everything in hand. I truly believe that there are few wedding planners like Gina. She helped to plan every aspect of our day, understood our needs and found the best quality services and products, even things i hadn't considered. I loved every minute of our day and loved the surprises she had planned for us throughout the day. Esperienza fantastica: Vi ble kjent med Gina gjennom et vennepar som også giftet seg i Lucca. Da min kjære Frank fridde til meg på Luccas mest romantiske restaurant, var det ingen tvil, vi skulle gifte oss i Italia. Vi tok raskt kontakt med Gina, fordi vi ønsket at vårt bryllup skulle bli vår beste dag. Gina er en helt fantastisk person, hun er hjelpsom, engasjert og som menneske er hun genuint opptatt av deg og dine tanker. Hun ønsker at alt skal være akkurat slik du ønsker og håper på. Å sitte hjemme i Norge å planlegge er bryllup i Italia kunne blitt en utfordring, men med Ginas hjelp gikk dette som en lek. Vi hadde mange spørsmål og mange detaljer skulle på plass. Hun var alltid tilgjengelig, enten via skype, telefon eller Mail. Hun svarte raskt på våre henvendelser og sjekket opp hver minste ting. Noen dager før bryllupet kom våre menyer borte i posten. Esperienza fantastica: Exceptional down-to-earth and absolutely lovely wedding planner using independent, local businesses alongside her own team to create an incredible wedding day for myself and my husband. We got married in Lucca in July 2016, moving onto our own holiday home nearby after a civil ceremony to have another ceremony and reception at the house. Gina really understood the kind of day we wanted, and it was so reassuring to have someone co-ordinate everything so that all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. It was a stress-free day, and literally perfect. There were Skype meetings as well as flying out to Lucca, which was really manageable (and exciting!) in the ten months we had between our engagement and wedding, as we live in the UK. Gina was happy to be led by us in planning, which was really important as there were specific things we wanted to include given our two different backgrounds and traditions. We wouldn't change a thing about how we got married. We still look back at our day and can't believe how magical it was. We are hugely grateful for the experience. Esperienza fantastica: Wow, what an amazing day. Our wedding was more than we had ever hoped and this is testament to Gina and the team she has around her, the attention to detail and real passion and desire to provide you with the absolute best they have to offer. From our first dealings with Gina on email she proved herself to be extremely on the ball and prompt with replies to the daftest of questions in double quick time and if she was tied up she always managed expectations well with a quick email to say when she would be able to come back to you and she always kept to her word. We flew out to meet her and to look at the venue she was suggesting for our wedding, the venue was perfect with amazing views and everything our party of 30 would need for the week, we also got to meet the villa owner which was a nice touch as he would be available on site for the week to help with any issues we may have (there were none). After we confirmed the dates paid the deposit and had secured the venue in May we left Gina for her busy summer season and returned in October to meet the selection of caterers, photographers, florists and suppliers she works with and to choose who we would be working with for our wedding. Everyone had a real passion and attention to detail and we would happily have worked with any of them but decisions had to be made and after a few tense conversations and several food tastings we had assembled our team. To give you an idea of the calibre of people Gina works with we spent 2 hours with the florist who closed his shop in order to conjure up the most amazing wedding flowers I have ever seen, he took nearly 6 hours at the venue to assemble our table centre pieces, at a food tasting when we were struggling to pick food choices to satisfy some of our fussier guests the Chef came and joined us and completely re wrote his menu to give us the combination of seafood, pasta and meat courses we required, this took until nearly 1am and long past closing time, embarrassingly the only people flagging and becoming disinterested in the process were the bride and groom! The food on the day was every bit as good as on the tasting which is not easy to do when you go from serving 4 people to 41. All our guests had a brilliant time and said it was such a beautiful day (now I'm not expecting to be told anything else) but I really feel that Gina picked up on the atmosphere we wanted to create on the day and guided us expertly through the process of selecting the right people to do this. We were genuinely blown away by how everything turned out and cannot recommend Gina highly enough. If you are looking for a wedding planner for your Italian wedding you will not be disappointed in anyway if you choose Gina and we feel she truly helped us create our perfect wedding. Gina thank you again for everything you did for us, it was an absolute pleasure having you on our team from start to finish.

Esperienza fantastica: When we first decided to get married in Italy, both of us were determined that we could plan our wedding without a wedding planner. On all the websites, so many brides had described how they did it themselves. It was only after our chance meeting, after spending several hours with Gina, that we both realised how little we knew about Italy and how to source various reliable suppliers. More importantly, we both didn't speak a word of Italian. Google translate can only take you so far. When we began the task of planning our wedding it became so apparent early on, how right we were to have Gina and My Tuscan Wedding help us plan our wedding. She helped us with so many different things: Accommodation, Flowers, Décor, Transport, Catering, Pre-wedding events, Music, Photographers, videographers and translation of legal documents. Thank you to fate for bringing Gina into our lives. There is nothing too small that she didn't help us with. She took away much of the stress that comes with getting married abroad and this meant our wedding week was perfect and our wedding day was amazing and very memorable. Thank you Gina for helping us to create our dream wedding.

Esperienza fantastica: Gina was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we met she put us at ease and everything seemed possible. The whole wedding preparation was flawless and we never once felt stressed by any of it. Gina was friendly and professional from the get-go and the whole wedding planning experience was a pleasure. On the day itself, knowing that Gina was in charge meant that we could all relax (minus the inevitable pre-wedding jitters), enjoy and focus on the important stuff (like saying 'I do'). The photographers that Gina recommended were brilliant too; full of energy and able to make everyone relax so that the resulting pictures looked very natural.
