Esperienza fantastica: Luisa and Annick helped us immensely in planning our wedding celebration in Italy. As we are from the UK, it was really helpful to have two fantastic local ladies to navigate the cultural and language barrier we had, they were so amenable with scouting for venues with us and were there with us every step of the way including the catering tastings which was our favourite part! They recommended many fantastic suppliers and dealing with our numerous queries and requests, as well as the overall coordination on the day of the wedding itself, everything went perfectly! Uno dei motivi per cui l'abbiamo scelta tra tanti è stata la sua passione e la sua voglia di trovare sempre una soluzione ed alternativa rispettando il nostro budget. Il giorno del matirmonio non abbiamo dovuto pensare a nulla, ha gestito tutto lei insieme ad Annick e cosi abbiamo potuto goderci a pieno il giorno del nostro matrimonio. But working with Luisa was truly the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, she made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Esperienza fantastica: We feel so lucky to have worked with Annick and Luisa for our wedding in Tuscany. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, genuine, and easy to talk to—which made the entire planning process feel less overwhelming and more joyful. They brought great ideas to the table and were always open and flexible as our planning unfolded. One of the things we appreciated most was how they gave us thoughtful options at each step, so we were never stuck in decision paralysis but always felt in control. They matched us with the perfect vendors—our photographer, florist, hair stylist, DJ, and musicians were all amazing and aligned beautifully with the style and atmosphere we hoped for. They also introduced us to our venue, Villa la Palagina, which turned out to be the perfect setting for two unforgettable days in Tuscany with our family and friends. On the wedding day itself, they were incredibly helpful and attentive. We’re so grateful for their care, professionalism, and heart!

Esperienza fantastica: Luisa and Annick are two of kindest most sweetest people we have ever met. They have truly become more like family and friends over the time we have known then. They have helped us plan the best 2 days of our lives! We worked closely together for almost 2 years to make our dream wedding come true - a mix of Indian and Western - and honestly - it was so much better than we ever could have imagined! We had a vision of a beautiful Indian-Western fusion wedding, and they brought it to life in a way that was even better than we ever imagined. We worked closely across emails, calls, video chats, and WhatsApp groups—and no matter the time or question, they were always there. Not just to help plan, but to support us emotionally too, which meant the world. BUDGET: From the beginning they helped us set the budget we felt comfortable with - this is something they kept on top on throughout the process. We also kept our own budget and together we were always on top on the game. At moments when we went (inevitably!) over budget Luisa and Annick helped to find solutions to bring it down again without compromising anything important. VENUES: Luisa and Annick totally understood our vision and our moodboard and took us to 7 venues in total. It was so much fun seeing them all and they thought of everything including affordable guest accomodation nearby, proximity to the airport and having as many guests on site as possible! In the end we chose Borgo Il Castagno and it was everything we wanted and more! INDIAN TRADITIONS: This was their first Indian wedding, and they absolutely smashed it. They took the time to research everything, asked lots of thoughtful questions, and showed so much respect and genuine interest in my culture. Our guests are still talking about how beautifully it all came together. They planned every detail so thoughtfully and found the most incredible vendors. CATERING: both the Indian and Italian catering teams were so professional, Luisa and Annick handled everything: they organised tastings, negotiated prices, menus and honestly both caterers blew us away. To think Luisa found such authentic Indian food in Italy is just incredible. All our Indian guests were so impressed! ADDITIONAL THINGS: lights, live music, florist, DJ, decorations, table arrangement - honestly it was all sensational. Luisa and Annick have a very trustworthy network of vendors they work closely with. Trust them wholeheartedly and your wedding will be the best day ever! Esperienza fantastica: Annick and Luisa are the very best! And I was raised by a wedding planner, so the standards are high. Everyone said we were crazy for planning a destination wedding, but they made things so easy for us. They took care of all the vendor coordination and day-of logistics, making sure we got to relax and enjoy our day. They brought our vision to life better than I could have dreamed. The flowers, decor, menu, music... all of it was perfect. Just perfect. Plus, they are absolute sweethearts. I wish I lived in Italy so I could hang out with them. If you are getting married in Tuscany, contact them first! You'll thank yourself- and them- later!

Esperienza fantastica: My husband, Brian and I cannot say enough good things about Luisa and Annick. From the moment we booked them they were on the ball and always went above and beyond in their communication. We both have very busy jobs, so are very lucky and grateful we were able to find the most thorough planners we could’ve had for our destination wedding. We used La Bottega del Sogno for our weekend festivities and things wouldn’t have been the same without them. With their spectacular venue and vendor choices to the coordination of going off site with all guests they ensured not one detail was missed and that our entire celebration was smooth. They were committed to making our entire weekend special and stayed two steps ahead of us at every turn in the planning process. The day of the events, they were just as detailed, being on point with every request and even staying late to ensure the party was excellent. Trust me, you don’t realize how much you needed them until they get started… Don’t host your Italian wedding without them- a true 10/10 service!

Esperienza fantastica: The choice of the Wedding planner is not just a practical thing. Look for someone who understands your vision, who understands the essence of your love, and can transform it into reality. I spoke on the phone with 7 wedding planners. All great professionals definitely, but when I met Luisa by phone the first time she touched my heart. I felt immediately understood and that I would organize everything with a friend instead of a person who keeps a detachment from you and the event. Actually, Luisa does nothing with detachment, she really cares and we perceived that at every stage of the organisation. Always available and was present all the way! From the choices of shoes and dress until we left for our honeymoon. Practically a whole year. I can’t even think how I would have managed the emotional side of things without her, because she supported me like a sister would! I am Italian from Trieste, my husband is French, we live in London and we got married in Tuscany. Just by writing down right now I believe it conveys the logistic and practical difficulties we faced. These difficulties were greatly reduced thanks to her availability, professionalism and the Wonder Woman Luisa proved to be. She listened to every little preference and desire and turned them into reality. Our location, though beautiful, was complicated and rigid on some things, Luisa handled a large part of that stress and tried to minimise the impact on us. To give you an example, my husband wanted a very particular and rare car for our post ceremony drive away. Luisa found it despite our wedding being in a rural area. Then this car was sold and was no longer available. What did Luisa do… She found another one!! I absolutely wanted peonies for my bouquet. At that time they are rare, and not recommended because of the heat. Luisa got me the peonies and I don’t know exactly what she did, but they were perfect for the entire time. The guarantee you will get having Luisa as your planner is to have someone someone who lives your wedding planning with the same importance it has to you and not as “one of many” she has to organise. For her it is a passion, not a job. All this is complemented by her sweetness, a fabulous sense of humor and a lot of professionalism. For me, besides all the wonderful memories of my wedding and the events organised that weekend, I also feel the joy of having found a precious friend. I recommend Luisa for all these reasons, and others that I have not yet managed to express with words but that are kept in my heart.

Esperienza fantastica: Luisa was fantastic from start to finish. She helped us with everything we could need. We had found a venue we loved but as we were in England we needed someone to help us with all the vendors (flowers, wine, photgrapher, photobooth, lighting etc) and make our wedding perfect. She was so helpful and kind, she had brilliant ideas and looked after everything for us. She even let us send about 100 boxes with all of our wedding stuff to store with her before she arrived. I would reccomend her 100%. For those getting married from the UK it was especially helpful because she was able to find a celebrant who could perform the wedding at the villa rather than having to go to the town hall. Luisa took care of every single detail, from the small to the large, and kept our stress completely out of the planning process for the day. Luisa is one of the funnest, bubbly and organised people we’ve ever met and was a joy in planning our special day. From when we first met, Luisa’s attention to detail and to understanding exactly what we wanted from our special day was unmatched. She was patient throughout, viewing numerous venues and providing all the details for each before we decided on our final venue. She coordinated everything from flowers, entertainment, photography etc and all recommendations we’re of the highest quality and were a delight. We truly could not recommend Luisa highly enough and will always be grateful to her for making our wedding so special.
