From our very first calls and video meetings, the team was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating. They took the time to really understand our vision by reviewing my vision board and helping bring it to life in ways that exceeded anything we could have imagined. Planning a wedding abroad can feel overwhelming, but they handled absolutely everything with such care and expertise. They organized every aspect of the wedding weekend — from the stunning venue, musicians, décor, and dinner party, to the welcome pizza party and wine tours the day after the wedding. They also helped us find the perfect vendors, arranged rooming accommodations for guests, and were even able to accommodate last-minute guest additions with ease. The wedding itself was flawless. The weather was perfect (a beautiful week of 70° days in October), and every detail was thoughtfully executed. The décor was breathtaking — the chandeliers, flowers, heaters, and tablescapes were all stunning. The dinner was outstanding, and every guest commented on how beautiful everything was and how much they loved the venue. Knowing they were coordinating every part of the wedding day gave us complete peace of mind, and it allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Everything was just perfect. We are based in Australia and always wanted to get married in Italy - I am truly grateful that we came across their business. They helped us plan our DREAM wedding in around 9 months which is no easy task… but everything was so easy and smooth. Their knowledge is absolutely unmatched and their trusted suppliers were all amazing - venue, flowers, food, photographer, videographer, wedding cake, celebrant…. Everything was sooooo perfect!!!! Esperienza fantastica: Lucrezia and Benedetta (and the entire Wedding Planners in Tuscany team) gave us the wedding of our DREAMS! We chose Lucrezia and Benedetta because of their elevated, romantic style, organized approach to our introductory call, and really affordable prices. Once we began working with them to structure our amazing, three-day wedding celebration for 100 of our closest friends and family in Tuscany, I knew we had made the right choice. They are warm, knowledgeable, attentive and their local connections with vendors made it very easy to trust their judgement and lean on them for important decisions (i.e., the venue, food and beverage, local musicians, etc). What I especially appreciated is that because we are based in the US, Lu and Benedetta were able to present us with multiple (exquisite!) options for food, decor, vendors, etc. and would give us time to review and come back to them - but more times than not we always went with their recommended first or second choice because they know their stuff! From the planning, to the day of coordination, to the research, to the communication -- we really loved every step of this journey with them by our side. On our actual wedding day, it felt as if they had become friends and we couldn't imagine getting married without them there on the premise. We cannot recommend Lucrezia, Benedetta and the whole Wedding Planners in Tuscany team enough. They gave us the best 3 days of our lives and we will never, ever forget them. Esperienza fantastica: Benedetta, Lu and the team at WPT did the most incredible job with our wedding this summer! We are an English couple and were a little nervous about getting married in a country where neither of us speak the language. However, Benedetta, Lu and the team couldn’t have been more helpful! They really took the time to get to know us as a couple and to understand the type of wedding we wanted for us and our guests. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, helping us understand what would work and where we might be better to amend our plans or to come up with new (or better!) ideas! They went the extra mile in helping us work with the best suppliers and clearly have an excellent network of some of the best in Italy who work with them on a repeat basis. As an added complexity, we were getting married at a family home which hasn’t ever been used as a wedding venue before. Benedetta and Lu were not phased by this, instead relishing the opportunity to plan a unique wedding at a venue with real care and attention. In the run up to the day, they were calm and composed, meaning we could enjoy the build up without worrying about the day itself! In the day, they worked so hard to ensure everything ran seamlessly and were incredibly professional throughout. We cannot recommend them more highly to anyone (from the UK or otherwise) planning on getting married in Tuscany!

Esperienza fantastica: Bernadetta is Am-azing!! Being from the States I had to rely on her Italian taste, over 25 years experience and being locally from that region. My wedding was a fairy tale experience for the books. We had 22 nationalities on 4 different days.. everything was professionally and with unbelievable taste and aesthetics carefully planned out, she is the best in Tuscany!! I can surely state from experience- if you want to plan a wedding don’t search around.. her price, quality and experience is priceless!!

Esperienza fantastica: Luccaorganizza/Wedding Planners in Tuscany made my dream wedding come true! From the moment I met Benedetta, I knew she was the perfect wedding planner for us. She was professional, communicative, and had wonderful ideas for our wedding. She worked very quickly as we had 8 months to prepare a microwedding abroad in Tuscany. We had the most breath taking ceremony & venue, I wish I could replay that day 100 times over. Benedetta and her amazing team fulfilled everything I requested, down to the best photographer in Tuscany, make up/hair artists, to the Bentley we rented for pictures, to the food and wine we drank, and a harpist to play at the ceremony site. Everything was truly seamless and perfect and all of my stress and nervousness from planning in the USA literally evaporated the evening before the wedding when I met the wedding team in person for the first time, I knew everything was going to be amazing. We had an all day affair with a ceremony in the morning, a lunch reception, and a dinner reception. The lunch and dinner receptions were absolutely gorgeous at Borgo Santo Pietro, the food there was incredible and we stayed three nights in their Borgo Santo Pietro Suite which was beautiful and breath taking. Benedetta and her team organized all of the paper work for us to legally get married in Italy. They made everything clear and concise and we were able to complete our document checklist in a straight forward manner. They arranged transportation for our families before and after the wedding as well. On top of providing the most memorable wedding experience, they also organized 3 days of events for our family and us after the wedding including activities and restaurants/food arrangements. We spent several days in Lucca at a beautiful villa recommended by Benedetta and we had so much fun! She recommended a private chef to cook for us at the villa two nights, a bicycle tour in the town of Lucca, and a fiat tour through the town of Lucca. The last night of our chef experience, she had personalized menus created for us with flowers and decorations with a wine tour of the villa. Our families told us several times that this was the best vacation they have ever had in their lives and we have to thank Benedetta and her team for that. If you’re thinking of hiring a wedding planner for the Tuscany region, Benedetta and her team are the ones to make your day a fairy tale! My husband and I are beyond thankful for the Luccaorganizza team! We will never forget the amazing wedding they planned for our special day and they truly made it the most magical day of our lives. Esperienza fantastica: We got married in Lucca, Italy in September 2023 and had the pleasure of Benedetta organising our wedding for us and if I had to summarise it in 3 words: it was magical. Benedetta and Lu understood exactly what we were after, the “vibe” we wanted, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The expert guidance and suggestions were invaluable, and they struck the perfect balance between incorporating our ideas and offering their expertise when needed. Our wedding celebration was 3 days long, so not only did they flawlessly execute the wedding day, but also expertly organised the pre-wedding and post-wedding events, providing us with a completely stress free experience. Benedetta’s choice in vendors was impeccable, from catering to the string trio to the florist! The team dealt with the vendors directly which took a lot of weight off our shoulders, and there wasn’t a single hitch during the events. Throughout the process the team maintained excellent communication, making us feel at ease and informed every step of the way! We chose the wedding planners and the venue without actually meeting or seeing them in person - and only needed one visit to Lucca for food tasting and seeing the venue in person - so if you’re worried about planning a wedding from abroad, you don’t need to be! All of our guests mentioned it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had attended and we might be biased, but it certainly was for us. We can’t recommend the team highly enough - thank you so so much again for planning our dream Tuscan wedding :)

Right from the first time we spoke to Benedetta and told her our dreams and wishes, she listened, provided splendid ideas and suggestions and 9 months later from that first phone call, we and our guests were experiencing an amazing day thanks to Lucca Organiza. Despite our geographical distance (we were in the UK), we were kept fully informed of the progress of the wedding, Benedetta assisted in the legalities of the ceremony (which are quite complicated). Benedetta had much more imagination than we did and with her suggestions, she made the venue and day more magical, happy and sophisticated than our expectations. The same comment from all our guests-this is the best wedding I have ever been to. From the pianist and the soprano, the delicious food, the officiant, the flowers, the wedding cake-I can go on forever. At the end of the evening, my daughter said "Momma, I could not have imagined a wedding so beautiful. Thank you- it was perfect". No detail missed, elegant and sophisticated and just perfect. Ho conosciuto Luccaorganizza grazie a un evento aziendale al quale ho partecipato e, quando io il mio fidanzato abbiamo deciso di sposarci, mia suocera mi ha consigliato (a ragione) di rivolgermi a loro. Non appena ho conosciuto Simona mi è piaciuta subito e ho capito che era la persona giusta per me, pratica e con i piedi per terra. Partendo dal presupposto che non sono una persona molto metodica e non avevo mai pensato al mio matrimonio, ho deciso che la data del matrimonio sarebbe stata 7 mesi dopo la proposta, esattamente il 7 luglio 2020. Ovviamente, ci siamo trovati a dover pensare al matrimonio nel pieno della pandemia e, fino all'ultimo, non sapevamo se avremmo potuto effettivamente festeggiare. In poco più di un mese, non appena ci è stato dato il via libera, Simona e Luccaorganizza hanno provveduto a organizzare tutto. E, nonostante il poco preavviso, è venuta fuori una festa indimenticabile, per la quale ancora dopo mesi ricevo complimenti. Location, fiori, catering, tutto bellissimo! Hanno creato il mio momento perfetto e una giornata da sogno. Simona è stata sempre supportiva e piena di idee geniali, anche quando, per mancanza di idee, le ho lasciato carta bianca. Anche il giorno del matrimonio ha diretto tutto l'evento senza essere mai invadente, ma con una classe invidiabile! Non finirò mai di ringraziarla e mi rivolgerò a lei per qualsiasi altra festa che organizzerò da ora in avanti.
