Esperienza fantastica: Wow... Simply incredible! If you are considering a wedding in Italy you must view this venue and meet the fantastic people who make it so special, the pictures on the website do not do the villas justice! We had our wedding at Villa Baroncino in June 2025 and everything about the entire week was simply perfect, our guests were in awe at the beauty and seamless coordinated perfection of every detail. Marco is a gentleman with a great sense of humour and Cristina is amazing, nothing is a hassle to them and together they make an incredible team when it comes to weddings. Alexandra in the office was always polite, friendly and helpful during all of our planning communications. All of the vendors provided were exceptional, hands down the best wedding meal we have ever had and so much food (Catering La Collina). The bakery deliveries each morning were enjoyed by all and the thoughtfulness of Cristina to help us arrange food deliveries late in the evenings on our arrival day and during the week when other guests arrived late at night. I would also like to give credit to the villa staff especially the gardeners, the grounds are meticulously maintained and they were there each day (but not intrusive to us) and always with the biggest of smiles. Everything about the entire week including the wedding day was beyond our wildest dreams of how simply amazing a wedding in Italy could be, we cannot fault a single thing.

The villa is a dream and our wedding day was utterly incredible. No ask was too big, no question too silly and they made a stressful day so perfect. Thank you to Marco, Christina, Juna and Mari, and the rest of the team who were behind the running of Villa San Crispolto and our wedding day - you are AMAZING. Grazie!

Esperienza fantastica: We had the most amazing experience working with Christina and Marco as our wedding planners! From the very first conversation, they made us feel so welcomed and cared for, like we were family. Their warmth and attention to detail gave us so much confidence, even though we didn’t get to see the venue until the week of the wedding. (we are a couple based in the US) Everything was taken care of with such grace and hospitality—it felt like magic watching it all come together. Their vendor recommendations were nothing short of perfect. From the delicious food to the breathtaking flowers and the incredible local businesses they suggested, every detail exceeded our expectations. They thought of absolutely everything we could possibly need, making the planning process so effortless and joyful. Christina and Marco brought our dream wedding to life with such love and professionalism that it felt like they were just as invested in our happiness as we were. We couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work and genuine care. This was such a wonderful experience that we’re already considering coming back to celebrate our wedding anniversary with them! Esperienza fantastica: Let us start by saying how incredibly lucky we were to be able to secure a location at Villa Baroncino amidst the Covid Pandemic. We knew we wanted a destination wedding and what better place to go than a country who's entire culture is based on food, wine and love. We decided to go with Marco and RIW over all other options because of the transparency in service and price, the communication, and the amount of experience RIW has with wedding planning. Fast forward two years and, after all the planning, we arrive at the villa which incredibly surpassed ALL expectations just on landscape and views alone. The villa is perfectly situated in an untouched part of Italy where you aren't slowed down by tourists, long lines or inflated prices but rather you get to experience, what we were told, is a perfect representation of true Italian culture. The facility was extremely well kept, well organized and well laid out making it easy to get optimal time with all of our guests. The wedding suite and all the other rooms have a very quaint and authentic feeling which adds to the entire Italian experience. Christina, Marco and the entire RIW team was absolutely amazing all week long. They kept open communication and helped with any issue we had as if we were their own family (shuttle services, restaurant take-out orders, daily excursions, groceries, etc.). There was not one instant where we felt like we were stuck/alone. As for the wedding day, obviously we are biased, but it could not have gone better. The musicians, the caterers, the photographers, the DJ, and even the midnight buffet all came in and out as though they have worked with Marco and RIW for their entire careers. We were able to %100 commit to our wedding day and enjoy the time with our guests rather than focus on or worry about any small details. On top of all the wedding week festivities, we loved the villa's location, the wine, the cooking classes, the daily excursions (truffle hunting and local town visits), and Christina's wine tasting is an absolute MUST. Thank you Marco, Christina and the entire RIW team for making our day and week so special and providing us with a lifetime of memories.

Esperienza fantastica: Its taken me a month to write this review, purely as I needed to make sure my review was a perfect as the week we have just had at Villa San Crispolto. It was by far the most amazing week we have ever had. Romantic Italian Weddings went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The 8 steps planning is clear and concise and guides you through the whole proces. Every question is answered and even things I thought I could do better, I couldn't!! I had similar concerns to a previous review about planning from another country and being a bit of a control freak, I wished I hadnt worried at all, they have every tiny detail covered. The Villa is amazing, kept beautifully by Bruno who is always on hand with a smile for any queries and help you may need. The pool is lovely and everyone is missing the pool terribly. Juno is lovely and keeps everything running perfectly and is available all week for food orders, help and anything else you may need. Alexandra was brilliant in the months leading up to the wedding. My hair and makeup was done by Monia for the wedding day and I was so so pleased. My flowers by Christina were perfect and the comments Ive had about the pictures of the flowers have been nothing but complimentary. The food was perfect, We opted for the catering by Renata for the wedding meal and it was by far the nicest food we have ever had and they catered perfectly for everyone. We were put in contact with Fabrizio for our transfers as there was 32 of us to come down from Rome, he again went above and beyond to organise this for us and was on hand all week for various transfers. Then there is Marco, his attention to detail is astounding, the way he involved the whole family on our wedding day will leave us with some of the most special memories we could ever have. The Karaoke and Hog roast evening was so much fun and a fantastic addition to the week. The wine tasting with Christina was brilliant, she knows everything there is to know about wine, we are still swirling our glasses and smelling every glass!! The wine offer is fantastic, you will NOT finish all your wine - we tried!! Ciao Ciao was great, the Pizza and food delivery was used numerous times throughout the week and was always perfect, it was also a brilliant venue for a stag night and farewell meal. The shuttle to and from was excellent. I feel I have still not done this Villa and company justice, we really can not put into words how amazing it was, I only wish we could get married annually (too each other - lol). If you want the perfectly planned dream wedding then this is by far the place for you.
