From the very beginning, she understood our vision, a romantic and soulful celebration in the Umbrian countryside, and brought it to life with such care, elegance, and precision that the entire weekend felt like a dream come true. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. The day flowed effortlessly, from the ceremony in the garden to the candlelit dinner in the courtyard and the joyful dancing beneath the stars. We never had to worry about a single thing; everything simply happened, beautifully and on time, allowing us to be fully present with our families and friends. Elena’s calm presence and genuine warmth set the tone for effortless planning. She handled every detail, and every small surprise, with quiet grace and confidence. We always felt supported and completely at ease, knowing she had everything under control. She is simply the best wedding planner in Italy. We also want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Susanna, the wonderful owner of La Torre di Pila, whose generosity and hospitality made us feel instantly at home. Her love for the place shines through in every corner of the estate, from the blooming gardens to the candlelit halls, and it gave our celebration a truly magical atmosphere. And finally, a huge thank you to the service staff, who worked tirelessly with kindness and professionalism throughout the entire event. Every guest commented on how warm, attentive, and graceful they were, it made all the difference. The flowers, the lighting, the table settings, and the food were all beyond what we could have imagined, romantic, timeless, and deeply personal. Looking through the photos now, we can feel how much heart went into every moment. We are endlessly grateful to Elena, Susanna, and the entire team for creating a celebration that felt magical. She is one of my old classmates and I was truly sure she would have perfectly helped me and my husband coordinate our special wedding day… She was reliable, reassuring us during every moment of our day that everything was fine and ready even if the weather was awful and the rain was so heavy. Esperienza fantastica: I don’t regularly post reviews but felt compelled to do so on this occasion. Having returned from a recent wedding organised by Elena, I could not recommend her highly enough! As a guest of the newly married couples, she went above and beyond to make our week as special as possible. I was particularly impressed by Elena’s attention to detail, which led to an exceptionally presented wedding that showcased the beauty of our Umbrian villa. The atmosphere, high quality food and venue led to a fantastic day that everyone will remember fondly. Even outside of the wedding day itself, Elena was busy ensuring that all guests enjoyed their holiday. Esperienza fantastica: Elena and her team are fabulous. They helped us plan our wedding day, welcome party and rehearsal dinner. Every event was perfectly executed. All the vendor options she provided us were amazing. Our wedding day was even more beautiful than we pictured. It was our dream wedding and we are forever grateful for her! Elena is such a kind person and you can tell she honestly cares about you and making your day special. She goes above and beyond. She not only came to see us the day before the wedding, but she also stopped by the day after the wedding to check in on us and say goodbye before we left for our honeymoon. Esperienza fantastica: Elena is a thoughtful, well organized, creative, and highly capable wedding planner whose services are first class. We wanted to have our wedding in Tuscany. Living in the United States and planning a wedding in Italy was originally a little scary. However, from the day we started using Elena’s services, everything went very smoothly. She offered several venue suggestions and even sent a video of the final candidate to make sure it was going to meet our needs. Recommendations for the photographer, the musicians, and the menu were all perfect. Like most bride and grooms, we were a bit nervous about all the little details of our upcoming wedding and reception. When we met Elena the day before the wedding to go over the logistics and layout of our venues, she immediately put us at ease. She walked us through how things would be set up. She listened carefully to each of our comments, repeating back to us to make sure she understood correctly. And she followed through, ensuring everything was pitch perfect on our wedding day. With her tasteful Italian touch, we and our guests were in awe of Elena’s magic: beautiful flower arrangements, exquisite table settings, heart felt music, delicious foods — all helped create a most romantic and memorable occasion. We recommend Elena Casagni without hesitation. She is the best!

Esperienza fantastica: Da maniaca del controllo quale sono, per il nostro matrimonio ho scelto di organizzare tutto da sola, facendo subentrare Elena come coordinatrice per il mese e, soprattutto, per il giorno dell'evento e devo dire che la sua presenza è stata assolutamente incredibile, il suo apporto fondamentale! Ha gestito le pratiche con il comune (per me troppo tediose), ha subito preso le redini della situazione in mano (togliendomi un peso enorme) ed è stata precisissima, cordiale con tutti gli ospiti, sempre disponibile alle mie richieste, delicata ma decisa!
