Esperienza fantastica: We had the absolute pleasure of working with Gemma from Sposiamovi for our Wedding in Sienna. I can not recommend a team more! Silvia and her whole team are truly dedicated to every little detail. The process leading up to the event was absolutely stress free and just a pleasure full of excitement. They have an incredible list of tested vendors they trust and work with, who will deliver top quality on the day. On the wedding days themselves, we as the bridal couple where totally hands free and where able to enjoy the wedding and our guests to the fullest. (My guest repeatedly commented on how amazed they where of how relaxed I was.) Really, if you are planning your destination wedding, I can highly recommend! Here some images of our magnificent day.

Our wedding at Villa Cortine Palace on Lake Garda was nothing short of a dream. Sandra’s attention to detail, impeccable taste, and deep knowledge of the area transformed our vision into a reality far more beautiful than we ever imagined. Every element—from the flow of the day, to the décor, to coordinating vendors—was executed with absolute precision and grace. Sandra was always responsive, reassuring, and thoughtful, making us feel completely supported every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in the best possible hands. Esperienza fantastica: The most important lesson we learned while planning our wedding was this: invest in your planner. Find the right planners. And we were incredibly lucky to find Sposiamovi. Our lead planner, Anna Grimaldi, was exceptional. She struck the perfect balance between being emotionally invested in our celebration and maintaining complete professionalism. You need someone who genuinely connects with your wedding—but who also brings the expertise to manage every detail. Anna did both, effortlessly. She knew when to push back, how to bring our more complex ideas to life, and how to problem-solve when the inevitable wedding-day challenges arose. She translated our vision into reality, all while keeping us calm and free of stress—especially in the final month leading up to the wedding. Alongside Anna, we had the amazing Giulia managing concierge services. Giulia was not only incredibly organized but also an excellent communicator—not just with us, but with every one of our guests. Our wedding took place in Ravello, a breathtaking village tucked away from the rest of the Amalfi Coast, and getting there required multiple modes of transport. Giulia coordinated travel plans seamlessly for our entire guest list. On the wedding days themselves, we were also supported by Georgia, Laura, and Valentina—an extraordinary team who kept us grounded and smiling. Their warmth and presence was felt by everyone, and they made even our last-minute somewhat ridiculous requests come to life like magic. If you’re planning a wedding in Italy, Sposiamovi is the team you want by your side. After interviewing several planners in the U.S., we can confidently say that Sposiamovi offers the best value—and more importantly, the most heart. You’ll likely walk away not just with a beautifully executed wedding, but with lifelong friends. We cannot recommend them enough.

Esperienza fantastica: Where do I begin with SposiamoVi, and with Anna Grimaldi? The best way to sum it up is this: if I could hire SposiamoVi to plan every event in my life, I would. We came to them after a terrible experience with another planning company, and reached out just two days before our trip to Italy—without a venue or real direction. From our very first call, everything was seamless. Anna joined our Zoom within minutes to suggest venues in Ravello and even met us there days later to get to know us. From that moment, we knew we wanted to work with her. And working with her was, hands down, the best decision we made for our wedding. Anna understood us right away. She was efficient, organized, and deeply thoughtful. She knew we were diligent planners, so she always came to meetings with clear agendas and to-do lists. She made our dream of having Indian food at our wedding a reality, finding the perfect caterer in Naples. She cared as much as we did about creating unique guest experiences, and worked with us on custom gifts and special touches at every event. Very quickly, she became more than a planner—she became a friend. As the wedding neared, Anna’s diligence only deepened. She found smart ways to save money, re-checked months-old requests, and learned about our closest family and friends to ensure they were prioritized. She stayed calm under pressure—like when she learned days before the wedding that the weather would be too hot for long outdoor seating, and immediately ordered fans for every guest as a gift from her. Her thoughtfulness knew no bounds. We were also lucky to work with Giulia in Florence as our Guest Concierge. She managed all guest logistics, and went above and beyond to help them plan pre- and post-wedding travel. When we were at risk of losing money on unbooked hotel rooms, she cleverly reallocated them to vendors so none went to waste. She treated our concerns like her own, and her attention to detail was unmatched. During wedding week, Anna assembled a dream team—Georgia, Laura, and Valentina—who handled logistics, setup, decor, and guest support at every event. This team was coordinated in attire, so our guests knew who to go to with questions. They ushered guests across venues seamlessly and with warmth. By the end of the week, our guests knew them by name—they felt like part of the wedding party. Wedding day itself was magic, thanks to SposiamoVi. Georgia, my bridal assistant, was constantly by my side from morning to 3 a.m., checking in on me with love and calm. Two moments stand out: first, I didn’t have time to handwrite my vows, so Laura printed, cut, and pasted them into my vow book with perfect precision—within fifteen minutes. I was so appreciative, and truly blown away. Second, at 3am that night, at the end of the reception, Georgia and Laura handed me my suitcases, thoughtfully packed with my wedding outfits and jewelry. When I got home and unpacked, I was overwhelmed by how delicately they had packed everything. It made me so emotional to see that kind of effort, that late in the night. I felt so taken care of. I know this is a long review, but it really doesn't capture all of the moments when my fiance and I felt loved and supported and taken care of. My family is still talking about every single one of these planners. SposiamoVi's team works with diligence, with commitment, with professionalism, and with heart in everything they do. Anna Grimaldi, in particular, will always have the deepest imprint on my heart. So, if you're considering SposiamoVi—just do it. It will be the best decision you will make in the entirety of wedding planning. You won't regret it.

Esperienza fantastica: Roberta Cavaliere, Elisa Rosa, and our concierge team were such a pleasure to work with! We would not have been able to plan our international wedding in Italy without their help and expertise! All of our vendors recommended by them were amazing to work with as well, and everything turned out perfectly for our wedding day! Our planners helped us create the wedding of our dreams, and our guests had a wonderful experience! We cannot thank them enough for all that they did!

From the very beginning, they handled every detail with such professionalism, warmth, and care—making the planning process feel seamless, even while I was juggling intense work commitments. What I appreciated most was their ability to fully manage the logistics while still keeping me informed and involved. They intuitively knew when to manage the process and when to let me join in, always respecting my time and availability. The vision book for the three days of events was exactly as I’d hoped on their first attempt, so I trusted them completely with the design and vision, and they delivered beyond anything I could have imagined. We hit it off immediately and something in my gut told me and I’m so glad we went with Sara. Sara is so meticulous and easy to work with. She is very patient with us and made sure we were taken care of. There was not one instance that I felt rushed or not heard. She was very thorough, honest, and made sure our vision came to life. Esperienza negativa: Awful at every turn. Picked them bc of instagram—turns out they are just using that to lure in Americans. Terrible advice and incredibly disorganized planning process that caused excess stress (at one point they told me a spreadsheet with to dos disrupted their process. what?!). Ordered flowers without our approval then forced us to pay then literally didnt deliver on contract .Three days before our event head of the company, jacopo, gets on call with us demanding we pay him to then pay vendors who have issued no invoice. no invoices or receipts ever provided. multiple items we agreed and paid for never showed up (extra bars, saxophone). incompetent day of mgmt lead to us missing key photos from the list we prepared DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT GREAT, HONEST SERVICE.

Esperienza negativa: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the wedding planner that lead to my partner and his best friend breaking up. The wedding organizer Anna requested me to follow up with her via email with regards to getting a quote for a similar experience to a surprise engagement and another possible wedding in Florence, but she ended up spoiling it and discussed it with the groom who then told my partner about it. I feel violated and betrayed by this Sposiamovi company as a result of this. Look elsewhere!!
