Franz and Mariangela effortless helped us with all of our details, large and small while we were on the other side of the world in preparation for our big day. Esperienza fantastica: We got married on July 12th, 2025 at the stunning Mastropa Exclusive Resort in Puglia, Italy — and we can wholeheartedly say that our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without the incredible team of Franz, Mariangela, Monica, and Tina. We started working with them in March 2024 while planning everything long-distance from London, and for over a year, they supported us every step of the way. From the very beginning, we felt in such capable hands — not only were they organised and responsive, but they were also kind, patient, and genuinely invested in our vision. Communication was flawless. We had a dedicated WhatsApp group where we could message them anytime, plus regular phone calls to go over details. Franz and his team helped us find every single supplier, always presenting us with multiple options at different price points so we could make the best decisions for our style and budget. Once we selected a supplier, they arranged the calls, handled the communication, and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. Their use of detailed Excel sheets and shared Canva projects made the whole process transparent and efficient. On the wedding day itself, Mariangela, Monica, and Tina were absolutely exceptional. One of them was always by my side, making sure I had everything I needed. They communicated discreetly via walkie-talkies to coordinate every moment behind the scenes, and the entire day ran seamlessly — allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every second. We had the most perfect wedding day, and it’s something we’re still floating from. It was more beautiful, more joyful, and more “us” than we could have imagined — and that’s all thanks to this dream team. If you're planning a wedding, look no further.
