Esperienza negativa: Nessuna risposta ad una mail di richiesta inviata. Anche se determinate richieste non rientrano, per svariate questioni (anche di budget), nelle proprie scelte o politiche aziendali, una risposta deve essere sempre mandata, anche se negativa. Il mondo è una ruota, si sa.

Esperienza fantastica: Venice First is run by a very competent team. We had a winter seminar in Venice just after the floods in December 2019 and the team had made sure that there was a plan B for every activity. They were present throughout the event to help and advise, and nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Their organisation was perfect, efficient and cheerful. Feedback from our executives was very positive. Highly recommended.

Esperienza fantastica: Non conosco questa azienda ma ne ho sentito parlare. Mi dispiace non aver conosciuto la signorina Eleonora. Io sono innamorato di Venezia e mi sarebbe piaciuto condividere un po' di conoscenze con lei. Giù il cappello per la sua passione in questa attività.‍♀️ Grazie da parte di uno sconosciuto.

Esperienza fantastica: Nous souhaitions célébrer en famille nos cinquante années de mariage, entourés de nos quatre enfants, de leurs conjoints et de nos treize petits-enfants. Nous souhaitions par ailleurs fêter cet évènement à Venise, un endroit que nous apprécions et où nous nous rendons régulièrement depuis près de cinquante ans. Pour orchestrer cette fête, nous avons fait appel à Venice First. Elisa et Elena ont écouté très attentivement nos souhaits, et nous ont préparé un programme qui tenait compte de nos requêtes - très spécifiques, car nous avions une idée très précise de ce que nous souhaitions faire découvrir à nos petits-enfants ! - et qui comportait des propositions très judicieuses et parfaitement conformes à nos attentes pour l'hébergement, la restauration… L'organisation de ce séjour pour les 23 participants de notre famille a été en tout point remarquable. Nous avons été accompagnés en permanence par une assistante qui savait allier connaissances, efficacité et discrétion, nous libérant de tout souci logistique. Elisa et Elena se sont tenues régulièrement informées de la parfaite exécution des prestations prévues. Esperienza fantastica: Nous avons organisé notre mariage avec Venise First en juillet 2019. Professionnalisme, proactivité, suggestions, relation client et un panel de fournisseurs excellents. Et une équipe de pro, tant avant que pendant le mariage. Il existe de nombreuses agences sur Venise non professionnelles voir des arnaques (nous avons tenté de travailler avec 2 agences avant). Je vous recommande grandement Venise First qui est aussi recommandée par les palace de Venise. Merci Elisa !

Esperienza fantastica: Grazie ad Elisa e a Venice First è stato organizzato e gestito in maniera magistrale il mio matrimonio a Venezia. L'organizzazione di un matrimonio richiede molto impegno e ancora di più competenza, esperienza e capacità (soprattutto a Venezia, città bellissima ma particolare). Elisa e Venice First hanno magistralmente dimostrato di possedere tutti questi fattori. Sono molto soddisfatto per l'utile e formidabile servizio fornito. La cerimonia e la festa sono stati eccezionali ed apprezzati da tutti.

Esperienza fantastica: This incredible team took it in their hands to deliver an EXCEPTIONAL birthday party! They made each of my visions a reality and surpassed my expectations by a landslide! Elisa, Barbara and their amazing team arranged the most spectacular treasure hunt for a large group and it was everything I imagined and more! Then the party...oh wow they were given a blank canvas and boy did they create a party to remember and one that would be impossible to beat! Thank you beyond my wildest dreams for a birthday and memories we will never forget!

Esperienza fantastica: I highly recommend hiring Venice First for any of your event needs! My husband and I needed help in planning and coordinating our destination wedding to take place in Venice, Italy for a total of 40 people traveling from California, Sweden, Guatemala, and El Salvador. I can happily say our wedding was out of a dream, thanks to the amazing coordination and help I received from Venice First, specifically from our wedding Coordinator, Elisa Bassich. We live in California, and quickly learned that we needed a wedding coordinator to make our destination wedding happen. The company was recommended to us by our wedding venue, and I am so glad for their advise. Elisa was prompt, professional, and kind. She stayed on top of me and my husband as far as what was needed to coordinate the wedding (which we needed, because we were procrastinating on items due to both of us having demanding jobs). Elisa also kindly provided her honest opinion on her professional experience when it came to everything, which again, we appreciated. Esperienza negativa: Had a meeting with Elena at the office in Venice, she was kind and pleasant. However, after discussing my inquiry she did not follow thru as a professional. According to our discussion during the meeting she was supposed to follow up within two days with a couple of options and with some details about the contract. Instead, after 4 days I had to reach out to her with an update, no options were given only the fee for her service. I find this "event company" very unprofessional. I'm glad I found another company who was able to meet my standards.
