Esperienza fantastica: This year I had the pleasure of working with Serenella as a wedding photographer and second shooter for a colleague at the beautiful Palazzo Montanari. From start to finish, she was an outstanding coordinator and point of contact—always present, calm, and solution-oriented, even when the weather on the wedding morning created some real challenges. What impressed me most was how she handled every detail with such professionalism and dedication, doing everything possible to make the bride’s dream come true: an outdoor ceremony and dinner under the string lights in the evening. Thanks to her excellent coordination, all vendors worked seamlessly together, and the entire day was a great success. Our couple had already shared wonderful things about Serenella beforehand, and I can now confirm every word. It was truly a joy to collaborate with her, and I look forward to working together again in the future. Wholeheartedly recommended!

We had our wedding in Italy, and they were the most accommodating, kind, and professional planners we could have asked for on our big day. Thanks to them, our wedding process, from planning to the day itself, felt so smooth and low-stress. They came with a flexible schedule, a team of highly experienced vendors, and best of all, were just a joy to be around. Which helped us relax and enjoy. Every detail was lovely--the arrangements, the food--THE FOOD--and the small unexpected touches, like the drinks, the speakers, the weather considerations. It was, not even being hyperbolic, the best day ever. A huge part of that was thanks to Ella and her team. I can't recommend them enough. If you want your dream wedding, there's no better choice.

She takes care of everything, so you don’t have to think about it. We were able to rest easy knowing that every single detail would be handled and all we had to do was enjoy the moment. And when we went off-schedule because we were enjoying the moment a little extra, she would accommodate that too. My husband and I got married at Villa Sigurta in Valegio sul Minco, Italy in April of 2024. Thanks to Ella and all her hard work, it was straight out of a fairytale. As Americans deciding to get married abroad, wedding planning can be even more overwhelming. I had spoken with several Italian wedding planners before being recommended to Ella by the villa owner. Ella not only went out of her way to make our wedding day special, but she planned an entire week of activities for our group. Travel is very important to us, so one of the wishes for our wedding week was to have a once in a lifetime trip with our closest friends and family. With Ella’s help, we did exactly that. With her expertise and knowledge of the area, we were able to curate the perfect itinerary. We had private wine tours, buses to different cities, private walking tours, restaraunts, and more. We even had a private boat take us around Lake Garda and a private tour of the Isola del Garda castle. These experiences were perfectly chosen and gave us and our guests unique experiences that we will cherish forever. See attached for part of our itinerary, which Ella had beautifully made and set up in custom gift bags for when our guests arrived. Ella is more than accommodating in both the planning phase and in the execution phase. She did a great job of giving us options and listening to our requests while still managing the budget wisely. She generally would give us 3 options per vendor as to not overwhelm us but to give us options, which we really appreciated. Once we arrived, she saw to it that our every need was met. She even ran out to get hairdryers and other items for us and our guests. Our wedding turned out exceptionally stunning, and the memories made are priceless. Ella was such a godsent through the entire process. She is a dedicated, lovely woman and by the end of your wedding planning, you will have a new friend in her. Thank you Ella for making our dreams come true.

Esperienza fantastica: Abbiamo conosciuto Serenella durante la visita ad una location per il nostro matrimonio e, pur non avendo confermato quella villa, siamo tornati a casa con la certezza che avremmo voluto lei per guidarci nell'organizzazione del nostro giorno. E' stato amore a prima vista e si è rivelata una scelta super vincente! Con Serenella abbiamo vissuto il giorno del nostro matrimonio con la spensieratezza e l'emozione più profonda che si potesse avere: è stato tutto perfetto, scandito e organizzato in maniera impeccabile e senza l'impressione di alcuna forzatura. Ci sono stati consigliati dei fornitori eccezionali sia professionalmente che umanamente e, direi, che il tratto distintivo di Ella è proprio questo: creare intorno agli sposi per tutti i mesi che precedono il matrimonio una sorta di grande famiglia di cui poi non si riesce più a fare a meno. Esperienza fantastica: Ho chiamato Serenella all ultimo momento per organizzare la mia gender reveal sul lago di Garda. In 10 giorni lei ha fatto di quest'evento, un momento magico, speciale. Lei ha trovato il posto perfetto per noi, e da l'inizio fino alla fine lei mi ha rassicurata e ha gestito tutto. La racommando per tutti eventi.

Esperienza fantastica: Che dire..ogni volta che ripensiamo al nostro matrimonio, ci commuoviamo! Dicono che sia il giorno piu' bello della vita e credevamo fosse davvero un clichè..ma invece è proprio così! e il merito va a Serenella, che con Cristiana, ci hanno seguito durante tutta la preparazione, durata quasi due anni. Con estrema pazienza e dolcezza, ci hanno seguito passo a passo fino al grande giorno. Dove tutto si è svolto in maniera impeccabile. I nostri ospiti si sono complimentati per lo svolgimento perfetto e l'ambientazione pazzesca, alcuni descrivendolo come il più bel matrimonio a cui siano stati (che commento stupendo!!). Ne abbiamo passate tante insieme, da un tetto caduto nella nostra prima location (e quindi la necessità di riprogrammare TUTTO), al sacerdote che fa double booking (!!!), Serenella non ha mai perso la calma ed affrontato tutto con estrema puntualità e professionalità. Esperienza fantastica: Planning a wedding is a stressful process all on its own, but planning a wedding overseas takes the stress to another level. The planning process requires extreme patience and trust, especially when dealing with a completely different culture and making decisions off photos. Serenella and I have planned most of the wedding within two months of the wedding date. Serenella was available and responsive to all emails; all inquires, which made me feel at ease that everything was going according to plan. She realized my vision and suggested the ideal venues and vendors. Every vendor she recommended was highly professional came on time, and did a phenomenal job. Serenella was attentive and understanding even when, on multiple occasions, our guests had left something behind at the venues. When my means of transportation fell through on the wedding day, she quickly devised another option and executed it. There was a downpour during one of the events while we were inside a tent, and Serenella spent the entire evening making sure the guests for comfortable and not too hot inside the tent. Her can-do positive attitude and kindness made me feel comfortable and at ease that everything would be okay. While all weddings have hiccups, my wedding and the festivities were perfect. It was an absolute dream, and I owe it all to Serenella. I recommend Serenella wholeheartedly, as she can book or manage any event with the utmost attention to detail and communication. I feel so lucky to have been connected to her and will forever be grateful for the memories she gave to our guests and me. Our guests and I loved her so much that we decided to return for our 10th anniversary and Serenella to plan all the festivities.
