From the very beginning, they were attentive, knowledgeable and super friendly. As we are based in London, clear communication was essential and the team went above and beyond to keep us informed remotely. They made sure we understood all our options, from choosing the venue to selecting florists and other vendors. The team were hands-on throughout the entire 10 months of planning, which gave us complete peace of mind. A huge shout-out to Sonia — thank you for your amazing support and patience. We would highly recommend Wedding Sicily planners. The team are fantastic, genuine, and truly passionate about what they do. We are so glad we put our trust in them to make our special day unforgettable.

Esperienza fantastica: My husband, parents, and I had a wonderful experience working with Alessandra and Silvia. We had our dream wedding in July. Alessandra and Silvia worked with our venue to ensure a beautiful reception and with the church to plan the ceremony. They also worked with my husband’s parents to plan the rehearsal dinner and welcome party. They contacted and arranged the vendors, photographers, musicians, and hair and makeup stylists. They did it all! Alessandra and Silvia went above and beyond to create an extraordinary wedding week for us. We highly recommend them!

Esperienza fantastica: Wedding Sicily lovingly designed and executed our fairy tale wedding in Taormina. Sonia, Silvia, Luana, Alessandra and all the staff have such expansive and exquisite knowledge of the people, places, and things around nuptials in Sicily. They put such care and passion into helping us plan the most perfect pre-and post-wedding events (rehearsal dinner at Villa Zuccaro, wedding at the beautiful Chiesa di San Pancrazio, a joyous walk through town accompanied by music and dance to our reception at Grand Hotel Timeo with after party at Stefano Forever, beach brunch party at Tao Beach Club, and Etna hike and beautiful wine lunch at Murgo) and a seamless wedding day. They were creative, supportive, and loving. Their relationships with local suppliers and partners ensures that they provide the best overall experience for any event. They introduced us to so many wonderful, warm people who were part of our entire wedding story. Our guests were blown away by every detail that Wedding Sicily designed and by how every event and special touch came together so perfectly. They were primary engineers of the happiest few days of many of our lives. We will always be grateful to them, especially Sonia and Silvia for taking our event so personally and for ensuring that magic was made. We cannot thank them enough for the gift of their personal involvement in our beautiful wedding. Esperienza positiva: Purtroppo se potessimo tornare indietro, ci affideremmo ad un altro fornitore. Siamo stati seguiti da Silvia e Sonia e, soprattutto nel giorno del matrimonio, non siamo rimasti per niente soddisfatti. Cosa è andato bene con loro: le visite in Sicilia prima del matrimonio, dove ci hanno aiutato a trovare alcuni fornitori e a pianificare i dettagli del nostro grande giorno. Cosa poteva andare meglio: tempi di risposta, organizzazione nel tenere traccia dei vari feedback dai fornitori o del budget del matrimonio, negoziazione con i vari fornitori (spesso sembrava che cercassero di difendere i loro fornitori invece che cercare di aiutarci a rientrare nel nostro budget). Cosa è andato male: il giorno del matrimonio, Silvia non è potuta venire e Sonia non è stata in grado di coordinare, sembrava che si fosse dimenticata la timeline del matrimonio, non ha coordinato i vari momenti della giornata, si è dimenticata di distribuire alcuni accessori che avevamo comprato e che dovevano essere utilizzati al matrimonio. Siamo stati a cercarla tutto il giorno del matrimonio per dirle cosa c’era in programma nella timeline, cosa dovevamo fare adesso e quali accessori mancavano. Assolutamente quello che non ti aspetti dalla wedding planner il giorno del matrimonio. Purtroppo il fornitore da cui siamo rimasti più delusi nel giorno del matrimonio.

Esperienza fantastica: Wedding Sicily is everything you dream of and more in a wedding planner. Organizing a destination wedding is daunting, but Alessandra immediately welcomed us into her corner of the world and made us feel special. We felt instantly comfortable with her and knew that we would be taken care of with the highest level of care and attention. Her team was no different and we cannot even begin to thank our lead planner Luana for everything she did for us throughout two years of planning. Through two different timezones, multiple events to coordinate, a COVID postponement and last-minute changes Luana was a calming presence who made us feel heard and truly brought our dreams to life. She was creative, really understood who we are as a couple and contributed incredible ideas that made our wedding weekend truly unforgettable. We are forever grateful for her patience, guidance and sense of humor, and feel that we have made a beautiful new friend in Luana. Thank you to the entire Wedding Sicily team for everything you did to give us the best wedding weekend we could have imagined!

Esperienza fantastica: We cannot begin to thank Luana and Alessandra enough for all their help and support in organising our wedding. We had two covid cancellations and throughout all the changes and adjustments they were amazing. They were not only supportive, but gave us fantastic advice that helped guide us through many of the difficult decisions that come with having a wedding abroad. They were also always aware of our budget throughout and helped us stick to it. Their prior relationships with all of the vendors in Sicily was invaluable when getting the best vendors, but also value for money in a way that I don't think we could ever have done without them. Our wedding really was everything we could have dreamed off, so thank you both so much for all you did for us.

Esperienza fantastica: I cannot recommend using Wedding Sicily enough when it comes to having a wedding in Sicily! Luana & Alessandra were amazing while helping us plan, and have the wedding of our dreams. While weddings are stressful, they truly helped to make everything easy considering we were 5,000 miles (8,000km) away, and dealing with a pandemic. It has been two months since our wedding and people still tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and how amazing a time they had. Truly perfection.

Esperienza fantastica: My husband and I are from Montreal, Canada and I am originally from Italian descendance. We speak italian, however english was much easier for us to communicate and the entire team speaks excellent english (as well as italian of course). They are in contact with practically all the hotels and all the vendors in Taormina, and were always a text away to finding everything we needed to make our wedding day as special as can be. They worked all hours of the night for months to make our dream wedding possible within our strict budget and paid attention to every. single. detail. Not only were they effective, but absolutely a pleasure to work with. At one of our events, a child got an allergic reaction and Sonia was there to save the day and get medics on the spot in under minutes with her constant efficiency and connections. We had a cocktail, a beach party and a wedding all planned with WeddingSicily and I have never ever been to such beautiful and well organized events. Esperienza fantastica: My husband and I live in Los Angeles, California and had our wedding in Taormina, Sicily on June 20th 2019. We had never been to Sicily and don’t speak Italian but with the help of Wedding Sicily, we had the wedding of our dreams. I had begun communication with Silvia about 10 months prior to the wedding. She quickly helped me decided on a venue in Sicily by sending me information, pictures, links, etc. of the various options that Sicily had to offer. Once we selected the town/venue, everything else was a slam dunk. I would send Silvia an email for each aspect of the wedding (i.e. Flowers, Videographer, etc.), and having an extensive knowledge of the area itself as well as vendors, she would respond with links, pictures, etc., and we would go from there. The entire planning of the wedding was easy and painless. Silvia is a rock star communicator and we never once had a problem reaching her, hearing back from her, or getting answers to our questions. A few days before the wedding, we arrived in Sicily and met with Silvia and her assistance, Luana – another rock star! Together, Silvia and Luana were the perfect team. They helped us sort out all the last-minute arrangements, accompanied me to the salon for my hair trial, and went above and beyond whenever they could to make sure everything was ready for the big day. On the day of the wedding, Silvia and Luana were there from when I arrived at the venue until the very end – helping organize the guests, communicating with the venue’s staff and vendors and making sure every aspect of the wedding ran smoothly. We could not have been more satisfied with the outcome of our wedding and that is because of the team at Wedding Sicily. My advice to anyone thinking of hiring Wedding Sicily – do it! You will struggle trying to plan a wedding in Sicily without a wedding planner and you will not be disappointed in the wedding planning capabilities of Wedding Sicily. Also, remember, there is no question too dumb to ask! Having never been to Sicily, not only did I have questions, but out wedding guests had questions and Silvia and her team answered them all!

Esperienza fantastica: Wedding Sicily has organized my own wedding in August this year (2018). Silvia and her team are real super stars. They took care of everything and I felt very well guided through the entire process. Since both me and my husband neither live in Sicily nor speak Italian we needed help with everything from location rental to flower decoration. Together with wedding sicily we have put together a pre-wedding drinks reception and the actual wedding reception and party for 120 people coming from 5 different continents. Everything just worked out perfectly. They found us amazing service providers, a stunning location and really everything we could have wished for. Next to the good service, I would also highlight that they are simply wonderful people- the team from Wedding Sicily. It is of course a very stressful and exciting thing to organize a wedding but the fact that they are just so hard working and charming made it much easier for us. Highly recommended!

Esperienza negativa: Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza con wedding sicily e il suo staff, soprattutto quando abbiamo scoperto insieme agli sposi, a fine evento, che è stato comunicato loro solamente ciò che era nell'interesse economico degli organizzatori.
