From the very first moment we met her, I felt like she already knew us. She instantly made us feel comfortable and understood, which was such a relief because, truthfully, I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding. I didn’t know the colors, flowers, or theme—I only knew what I didn’t want. Vania made the process so easy by presenting thoughtful options, guiding me step by step, and patiently helping us shape a vision that felt like “us.” What stood out the most was her dedication and advocacy. If something wasn’t right with a vendor or there was room for negotiation, Vania was on it without hesitation. She always looked out for our best interests, whether it was saving money or ensuring quality. When I first toured venues with her and my best friend, we both felt like she was already part of our circle—we laughed, had fun, and trusted her completely. Planning a wedding from another country can feel overwhelming, but with Vania, it felt effortless. She and her team were professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about every detail. She went above and beyond—whether it was tasting the food from the different caterers and perfecting menu and wine on our behalf, or even working late hours to make sure our wine was always cold and ready during the weekend. On the wedding weekend itself, everything flowed seamlessly. Every detail was perfect, and I never once had to worry. I cannot recommend Vania enough. She is not just a wedding planner—she is an advocate, a creative, and a true partner in the process. If you’re planning a wedding or any event, trust me: Vania is the best there is.

Esperienza fantastica: My husband and I were wedded by Vania in an intimate ceremony in Santa Margherita Ligure. We were introduced to Vania by our wedding planner and it was the only ceremony master recommended to us. This was by divine design! With a short turn around time from meeting Vania to getting married, she did a phenomenal job. Vania took the time to really understand us as a couple and individuals. Her method really dives deep into the nuances of the relationship and adds sentiment to the wedding planning process - serving as a reminder of why we’re choosing each other. She weaves humour and sentiment into her ceremony speech - she commands your guests attention. All of our guests said it was the most engaging wedding ceremony they’ve attended. I also appreciated Vania’s efforts to learn the names of family and friends mentioned in the ceremony. A detail that I also valued was how beautiful Vania looked on our wedding day - as she of course appears in our wedding gallery. If we could do it again, we would without a doubt have Vania as part of our day.

She started out by getting to know us and our relationship on a deep level, and then turned that into a beautiful, heartfelt, and at times funny script for our wedding ceremony. Vania took the time to really understand our goals for the ceremony and the parts that we were nervous/anxious about, and did a great job of balancing those things into a custom ceremony that fit our vision. The ceremony went perfectly, and we would highly recommend Vania for anyone looking for a kind and professional wedding celebrant.

Esperienza fantastica: Vania gave us the wedding of our dreams. My husband and I had a destination wedding in Vatican City - Rome and we were blessed to have found Vania through social media. She was genuinely a blessing and took away most of the stress of planning a destination wedding. She was extremely professional, patient, kind and thoughtful - making the whole experience a memorable one♥️ She made sure to match us with the right vendors and created the dream team. The wedding day itself was so calm and beautiful that we were able to be present and enjoy every bit of it. I didn’t expect it to be so relaxing. My husband and I love legos and on the wedding day she actually gifted us a Vespa lego which made us fall in love with her even more. It showed us how much she pays attentions to her couples. She even surprised us with an upgraded bridal car which was such a blessing because my wedding gown definitely wouldn’t have fit into the originally planned car. Thank you Vania, for making this whole journey so beautiful that my family and friends are still talking about it, even those who couldn’t attend the wedding. To all of us, none of this would’ve happened without you♥️

Esperienza fantastica: Vania celebrated my friends' marriage two weeks ago. She did an amazing job, she told the story of their love in a unique way, moving and touching but with some funny lines too. The whole wedding was original but simple, truly in line with the couple and their values.

Ci ha ascoltati, intervistati e conosciuti per capire chi siamo noi singolarmente e come coppia. E poi ha creato la magia: delicata, simpatica, seria con equilibrio tra emozioni, fatti, sentimenti e vita … ci ha raccontati! Ci ha aiutati guidati e supportati. Ha creato un’atmosfera con ciò che scrive - e come scrive! - e come lo racconta con la sua voce - e che voce! - che cattura attenzione ed emozioni. TUTTI proprio tutti gli ospiti ci hanno detto “bellissimo mai visto una cerimonia così vera, sobria, seria ma divertente e allo stesso tempo toccante”. Esperienza fantastica: I had the pleasure of working with Vania for an amazing shooting at le Moraiole country house, a wonderful structure located in the middle of the maremma countryside. All the people were coordinated by Vania, she was so accurate, well organized and prepared. She made everybody feel comfortable because of her amazing energy and smile. Also, there were a lot of things to prepare and established and Vania took that so seriously that we manage to prepare and finish everything in just one day. In fact the final result was wonderful! The most impressive things for me was that she was able to create a big team of people that were just strangers at the beginning and that at the end were all connected.
