Despite the inherent complexities of planning abroad and navigating a six-hour time difference, communication remained thorough and solutions-oriented. She demonstrated remarkable skill in managing logistics, securing high-value vendor arrangements, and maintaining a well-structured planning timeline. Her composed and efficient handling of last-minute adjustments ensured a seamless experience for us and our guests. We are deeply grateful for her expertise and dedication. Our wedding was everything we envisioned, and we highly recommend her services to anyone planning a destination or local event.

Esperienza fantastica: We had the absolute best experience working with Hewelin! From our very first call through to the wedding day itself, she was incredible. We got married at Villa Catignano in September 2025, and thanks to her everything ran seamlessly. Her knowledge of the venue, local vendors, and all things wedding planning made the whole process so smooth and enjoyable. She was always quick to communicate, super organised, and such a calming presence on the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and we absolutely loved working with her and can’t recommend her highly enough!

Esperienza fantastica: Stop looking for a wedding planner and just choose Hewelin! From the very first call to the big day (and even beyond), everything was brilliant. She made kept us calm, was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do. However, my favourite thing is that Hewelin gives you her honest advice. If something isn’t worth the money, or there is a better way to do things, she treats your wedding as if it was her own and as if you were her only client. Our guests are giving us the credit for the fact our wedding was amazing, but really, it was all held together by Hewelin. Again, I cannot thank Hewelin enough for everything she’s done. Working with Marry Me in Tuscany was the best investment we made for our wedding.

Esperienza fantastica: Our wedding in Tuscany was absolutely INCREDIBLE and Hewelin was such a big part in making that happen!! My now husband and I live in Atlanta, Ga USA so planning a wedding in Italy seemed impossible to do ourselves. Hewelin knew exactly what vendors to use and set everything up perfectly so we didn't have to worry. She was so communicative throughout the entire process. We gave ourselves a year to plan but honestly, with her help we could've done it in months! If you're thinking of getting married in Italy, don't look any further, you won't regret it!!

Esperienza fantastica: We live in England & contacted Hewlin. She was brilliant from start to finish. We flew out & she took us to 6 different places in Tuscany to view to get married. We found the perfect place, she then organised the flowers, photography, accommodation, took us to the place you have to sign 2 days before, menus (basically everything). Marry me in Tuscany made everything easy for us, especially as we didn’t speak the language & they organise everything for you, even send pictures on WhatsApp for you choose. Would highly recommend if you want to marry in beautiful settings, fabulous wine & food & great holiday with all your family & friends.

Hewelin and Rebecca from Marry Me in Tuscany have been an absolute joy to work with - always responsive, organised and incredibly friendly & welcoming. We honestly couldn't have done our wedding without them, and I can't thank them enough! The day was a complete dream and they were both on hand all day to help organise. Esperienza fantastica: I rarely write reviews but I have to admit the quality of the service provided by Hewelin went above and beyond. She was extremely quick at responding and managed to make time to support me and my partner despite her incredibly packed schedule (in late spring). I came to her with tight deadlines and no real clue about how to navigate Italy's complex bureaucracy, but she reassured me and provided a clear plan to resolve the issue within less than 24 hours. Credit to MarryMeInTuscay for the excellent job, and for saving my wedding. They are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable as well as flexible.

We had so many complications and changes in dates and venues than you could ever imagine due to covid and travel agencies but they dealt with every change in their stride! They supported us through each and every step and were always at the end of the phone should we need anything. They provided us with some fantastic suppliers for our extremely intimate wedding including a wonderful chef who not only did our wedding meal but also a pizza night for us and the family, a photographer who was incredibly talented and some wonderful florists. Rebecca oversaw the day with us and was always so lovely to have around, they both made our day so special and would reccomend them to anyone looking to be married in Tuscany! Living in New Zealand we knew it might be a bit of a challenge organising it from a different time zone, especially as we hadn't even seen the venue we booked! However we trusted that it would all work out, and it did just that. Arriving 6 days before, some decisions were a little last minute but in that time you helped us so much with all your knowledge of the local area and local contacts, as well as accommodating our last minute wish of having the ceremony in the vineyard, needing a makeshift ice bath for all the Prosecco :-).
