Esperienza fantastica: Alessandra and her team were nothing short of amazing when it came to planning our wedding in September of 2025. As a physician-attorney couple living in New York City, we knew that we would need as much help as we could get when it came to planning our wedding, particularly in a foreign destination. From the start, Alessandra was on top of all of our to-dos, creating an extensive and immaculately organized Google Drive to outline our vendors, contracts, budget, and next steps. We found that she was particularly good at meeting us where we were at when it came to involvement in wedding planning. For us, we needed (and wanted) all of our options narrowed down as much as possible (and usually just went with Alessandra’s recommendation when it came down to it). Not only was this a massive time-saver, but it allowed us to offload the colossal weight of wedding planning onto Alessandra and her team while allowing us to take more of a back seat. That being said, if you were inclined to be more involved in your wedding planning, Alessandra would without a doubt listen and implement every feature you request. From searching for hotels for our guests, hiring a band for our welcome party, organizing our transportation to the venue, she went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. These examples are just the tip of the iceberg. While we knew that our wedding weekend would be great, the actual result was out of this world. When Alessandra promises, she delivers. Every vendor she helped us select exceeded expectations and left our guests absolutely speechless. It was more than obvious that Alessandra was well-versed in event planning, with DOZENS of our guests reaching out to us post-wedding to ask about our wedding planner, applaud her involvement, and complement her (and her team-members’) professional presence at all of our wedding events. It is important to note that when you hire CheChic, you are not just getting a single planner but rather a team of highly capable, responsive, and attentive planners and assistants to ensure that everything leading up to (and throughout) your wedding day runs perfectly. They ensured that each event felt as special as the next by designing them to each have their own themes while leaving each one absolutely unforgettable. We had expectations for how each day would look and feel and Alessandra completely exceeded all of those and blew it out of the park! It is safe to say that each person that attended our wedding celebration was completely impressed with how intentional and beautiful everything turned out and made it a special unforgettable moment for everyone in attendance. As for the planning process, I do not think I expected to have half as much fun and ease during this process when Michael and I first decided to celebrate our wedding in Italy, as it can be a little scary planning a destination wedding! We were nervous about how it would go, so finding the best planner was a vital step in our planning process. When we had our first interview it was an instant connection, and I knew that I could not trust anyone with our wedding that was not Alessandra and the Chechic team. Every wedding she creates is unique—she builds a vision that truly reflects each couple. I trusted her completely, and she delivered beyond our wildest dreams. We requested a traditional Korean tea ceremony, and they integrated this into our wedding day perfectly. Alessandra maintained the beautiful traditions of Korean tea ceremony whilst modernizing with Italian touches (even designing and screen printing the folding screen, table runner, and pillows from scratch). We asked for a party for the dancing, and we got a party! People often talk about how stressful wedding planning can be, but I never felt that. Alessandra made every step easy, seamless, and enjoyable. She was in constant communication, and I genuinely looked forward to her emails every morning. Alessandra listened and delivered in every request we had - from events to the budget, she honored all our wishes. Regarding budget, we trusted the team, and they delivered beyond our expectations - that itself is priceless. The day of the wedding was an actual dream—the best day of our lives. Being surrounded by our loved ones in such a breathtaking setting transported us to another world filled with joy, love, and gratitude. Even now, a year later, our friends still talk about it and call it “the best wedding of the modern age.” And that’s the beauty of Alessandra’s work: she doesn’t just create an event, she creates a memory that lasts a lifetime. After talking with multiple wedding planners to find the right fit, as soon as I met Alessandra I knew she was the right person for us. As a couple living in New York—one of us Italian and the other American—planning a wedding abroad seemed daunting. However, the CheChic team made the process seamless and delightful from start to finish. Esperienza fantastica: There is no way I can put into words how absolutely obsessed I am with the CheChic team. We got married in the Umbrian countryside in September 2023 and it was honestly something out of a magazine. Coming from Texas, prior to finding CheChic, we thought an Italian wedding was nothing more than a dream and saw the language barrier, time difference, and the classic relaxed Italian culture to be prohibitive to planning a wedding there. But, one fateful evening, I couldn't help but just look to see if there was a way to make that vision possible. We met with Alessandra the following week via zoom just to see if this was a challenge we were willing to take on, and after talking through both our vision and our apprehensions, we decided to take the leap and commit to an Italian wedding with CheChic. Oh my goodness... every single moment from then through the wedding was an absolute dream. We had Francesca as our primary wedding planner and she is hands down one of the most incredible people I have ever met. She moved mountains to make our dream wedding possible. She responded immediately to every email, message, and Zoom request we had. She would meet with us at wild times of the night or morning and on the weekends to accommodate our schedules and time difference. She listened to every single detail we wanted and did not forget a single one--no matter how many months passed since we mentioned it. She found us the most amazing vendors for every single component and every recommendation she had was spot on. She made us extra spreadsheets to help manage budgets and timelines. And during the times we were caught up in life and work, she made sure to gently keep us on track, made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, and accommodated us and our schedules so seamlessly. So many people say planning weddings is stressful, but Francesca mitigated every bit of that for us, making every bit fun, enjoyable, and effortless on our end. For our wedding day, we had a fairly specific vision which she took and expounded upon in jaw-dropping ways, creating an entire experience that was simply magical at every moment. And in contrast, for the rehearsal dinner, we simply provided her with just a superficial concept that we had in mind, and from that minimal bit of information, she curated the most unique, vibrant, and somehow incredibly personal evening. During the day of the rehearsal and the wedding the following day, Francesca and her assistant Rebecca were such angels. As sweet and adorable as they were through messaging and Zoom, they were even better in person! They brought such a beautiful, calming, and compassionate energy to our special day(s). They took care of every little detail, were available at literally any time, and were so receptive to not just myself and my now-husband, but also our families and guests. The experience with CheChic through the entire planning process was so effortless and wonderful. Every member of the team we worked with was unbelievably kind, professional, and talented. And overall, the end product left us speechless. We found out this week that our wedding will be featured on the front page of a magazine, and it is entirely because of the talent and dedication of the CheChic team. They created something that truly deserves to be highlighted. As we worked with Alessandra, Giulia and team from across the world we were not at all disappointed. We trusted the process of hiring a wedding planner to understand our needs and respect our budget. CheChic was responsive, kept to a schedule as we only had less than a year to plan for our forever day. Chechic provided us with a selection of vendors from music, photography, makeup, food, flowers, venue and everything in between. Italians take pride in their country, their work ethic and their product they produce. It takes patience and a form of respect from all parties to understand this. Our forever day would not have gone as perfect if we didn't have a wedding planner by our side. Chechic provided check-ins via zoom and staying in contact with us regularly to guarantee the comfort of knowing they had everything under control. We are forever grateful for their team. We thank them for bringing our vision and expectations to life beyond our wildest dreams. If we could do it all over again we wouldn't change a thing well except for remembering to feed our guest when they arrive (our mistake not the wedding planners). As much as we never wanted our forever day to end all good things return home. CheChic we thank you for providing us with a day we will never forget. Our 32 guest were amazing by the beauty, the hospitality, the venue, Villa La Selva and most of all the memories we all provided as a team to give everyone not just a wedding but a country they will visit time and time again. Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts for the wedding of our dreams, the time of our lives and for sharing your expertise to make a girl and boy come together as one. Esperienza fantastica: Alessandra and her team were so amazing throughout our planning process. Planning a wedding in Italy across the globe in California isn't easy, but their team consistently demonstrated professionalism, patience, creativity, and a deep passion for making our wedding perfect. Most importantly, they listened to us and helped accommodate all the extra details we wanted to incorporate. The florals, table setting, stationary, food, music - it was truly beyond our wildest imagination. The wedding weekend went off flawlessly and we cannot thank them enough for being alongside us for such an important day. We could not recommend them more.

Esperienza fantastica: Alessandra e le sue ragazze sono state la nostra salvezza in quel periodo estremamente strano e complicato che è stato il 2020/2021. Non so davvero come avremmo fatto senza la pazienza, i consigli, le idee e la professionalità, a celebrare e festeggiare con serenità il nostro matrimonio. Non credo che ci sia un prezzo per quello che hanno fatto prima e durante il nostro matrimonio, non credo che il loro sia un lavoro, ma una vera passione, che mettono in ogni singolo aspetto di quello che fanno. Destination weddings can be complicated but Alessandra’s poise and organization and ideas were instrumental in making everything seamless and smooth. Esperienza fantastica: From our initial zoom call to the wedding day, Alessandra and her team at CheChic treated us with kindness and professionalism. Being an organized planner, it was important for me to find a wedding planner who responded quickly and reassured me that everything was going to be great. I felt most comfortable with Alessandra and so glad we chose CheChic! Planning a wedding, site unseen, isn’t an easy task for most, but we trusted Alessandra and her team and they truly delivered. Being from the States, we didn’t have time to view venues in person. We trusted the extremely organized mock-ups, spreadsheets, and pictures that were provided to us to make all our choices. We were thrilled with the results. Alessandra and her team also helped us organize the welcome party, which was perfect. On the big day, Alessandra and Giulia calmly ushered us through the experience using their radios like a team of special forces operators. We never felt rushed or stressed. Every hiccup or change to the schedule was swiftly and perfectly addressed. The design Alessandra had created was flawlessly executed. Our family and friends have not stopped talking about how beautiful and inviting the ceremony and reception were. It was the most magical wedding and greater than anything we could have imagined!

Esperienza fantastica: Il nostro matrimonio con CheChic è stato magnifico. Ci siamo imbattuti in Alessandra online, e siamo rimasti subito colpiti dal suo lavoro..d’altronde è impossibile non rimanere a bocca aperta guardando le foto dei matrimoni che ha curato.. Durante la prima call per conoscerci è scattata una sintonia perfetta che ci ha accompagnato lungo tutto il nostro percorso.. Alessandra e le sue ragazze sono un team estremamente preciso, meticoloso, professionale, attento al più piccolo dettaglio. Una professionalità mai altezzosa, al contrario..sono estremamente cordiali, gentili, disponibili, cortesi, empatiche, piacevoli. Sono state in grado di decifrare le nostre idee (anche quando non erano molto chiare neanche a noi ) e di modellare il nostro matrimonio adattandolo alla perfezione a noi..ci hanno guidato in ogni scelta, con consigli, suggerimenti e senza mai imporci nulla. Ci siamo affidati alla loro esperienza e al loro estro, ed il risultato è stato eccezionale, ben oltre le nostre aspettative e ha piacevolmente sorpreso anche tutti i nostri ospiti, che si sono sentiti parte di un sogno.. Vogliamo ringraziare Elisa, che ci ha permesso di visualizzare ciò che stavamo creando, Francesca per la sua enorme pazienza nel gestire l’organizzazione più complessa, Giulia, che merita una menzione d’onore per essere una splendida professionista, Alessandra..be..lei è stata davvero importante..mi ha accompagnato nei momenti significativi, mi ha infuso serenità e positività, ed è stata, cito, io “deus ex machina” di una giornata incantevole. Esperienza fantastica: Su consiglio di alcuni amici che avevano organizzato il matrimonio con Alessandra e il suo team, abbiamo fissato un appuntamento con lei a settembre 2020. Di lei ci hanno colpito subito la precisione, l’organizzazione e la conoscenza di una rosa infinita di fornitori, caratteristiche fondamentali per noi per la riuscita di un matrimonio a distanza in Toscana. (Noi, come lei, abitiamo a Brescia). Dopo un solo incontro non abbiamo avuto dubbi, Ale era la persona giusta per noi! Abbiamo fissato la data per il 10 luglio 2021, con grande energia ed entusiasmo Ale e le sue ragazze sono subito entrate nel vivo dell’organizzazione, nonostante le incertezze date dalle restrizioni causate dal covid, i decreti, l’impossibilità di spostarsi, non si sono mai scoraggiate e hanno programmato tutto nei minimi dettagli pensando ad ogni imprevisto e variabile possibile. Nonostante il periodo di incertezza ci hanno fatto vivere tutto con il sorriso e serenità guidandoci passo dopo passo, assecondando le nostre richieste senza mai imporre le proprie idee, ma dandoci linee guida da seguire (dote non da tutti e da non sottovalutare). Grazie al consiglio di Ale non abbiamo rimandato il matrimonio e si è rivelata la scelta vincente! È stata una giornata magnifica, tutto è andato secondo i piani (ma non avevamo alcun dubbio) ed è stato ancora meglio di quanto potessimo immaginare! Sono state la miglior regia che si potesse immaginare di quella giornata, discrete eleganti, mai invadenti precise e sempre sorridenti. Risceglieremmo Alessandra ad occhi chiusi! Nina e Luca
