Esperienza fantastica: My husband and I booked Ksenia to help plan and arrange our wedding ceremony in Sicily after seeing her posts on Instagram. She is such a sweet person and so easy to work with. Being located overseas, I was nervous about having to work with vendors in a different country where I don’t really know the language, but Ksenia made it so easy I hardly had to do anything but relax and just enjoy the day and celebrate each other. The day was absolutely perfect and we’ll have beautiful memories to cherish forever.

Esperienza fantastica: When anyone asks myself and my new husband Jack what our best advice would be for planning a wedding, our response is always that we had Ksenia by our side. I feel like we were so lucky to have met Ksenia so early into our wedding planning journey, we knew the venue we wanted and Ksenia also showed us some other options to consider when we first met. After we settled on the venue her contacts and expertise meant we could secure a date when another couple failed to lock it in. She was organised, gave good advice and dealt with my many questions along the way, she completely bought our vision to life and made the whole process of planning a wedding enjoyable. We are both quite time-poor with our jobs, so having Ksenia to keep things ticking along, track budget, suppliers, etc meant we could focus on deciding on the special touches that made it our day. I was reflecting on our wedding day recently, after all the craziness of the planning and then the whirlwind of the day - I hear alot about Brides dealing with various things going wrong and I realised I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day, we had wind blowing all sorts of furniture around and I didn't know anything about it because Ksenia was there, working her magic and keeping absolutely everything on track and looking perfect. Esperienza negativa: I was part of a wedding that used this planner. Not only did this planner tell the bride three months before her wedding that she no longer wanted her as a client, but the planner made sure to lock all the electronic documents containing guest lists and vendor information purely to make it more inconvenient for the bride to plan her Sicilian wedding. Thankfully the wedding was planned by a different company and it turned out way better. The Sicilian Wedding Lab should be avoided at all costs. There are much better options out there.

Esperienza negativa: Please book with Ksenia if you want to be told what every detail of your wedding should be, and if your desires, budget should be disregarded One of the most heartless, unprofessional people I've witnessed. Canceled on a bride ***3 months*** before her wedding purely because she had different desires than what this wedding planner was peddling. She said that a number of vendors that were of interest were "unavailable" but when we reached out independently they suddenly were. When Ksenia was confronted with this, she got sour and decided she wanted to abandon ship. She then blocked the shared folders that were used and did not give back any deposit. If she wants to reply and claim this isn't true I will edit this review with a screenshot of her email. Do not waste your energy on this selfish business. The one star was that besides this fact, we were able to work with 2 AMAZING ladies who saved the day and the wedding with its 120 guests from 3 different countries had the BEST time of our lives. Thanks for dropping our friend, things turned out better than we expected!!

Esperienza fantastica: I worked with Ksenia planning the rehearsal/welcome dinner for my son’s wedding. She made the whole experience so enjoyable and easy. She returned emails promptly, was accommodating to my requests and changes and her personality is so delightful and kind. Esperienza fantastica: I couldn’t recommend Ksenia enough. She was fantastic throughout the whole process. We were only able to go to Sicily for a day and half a year before our wedding and she planned pretty much everything while we were living in America. We had to rely completely on her because of this and everything and everyone she recommended were great. I pushed back on something’s but she insisted and she’s was right on everyone of them. We had events over 3 days and she attended all the events and was always available for anything we needed. Majority of the people at the wedding said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended and it was honestly the best weekend we’ve ever had for both my wife and myself.
