Esperienza fantastica: Do it! Book Angela and the team! We had a legal elopement ceremony at the weekend, and as UK citizens this is quite a fiddly process. Angela made this extremely straightforward for us, helping with every step of paperwork we needed to do in the UK. Once it was sent off by the FCO it was waiting for us in Italy good to go. We are so grateful that Angela helped us navigate this! Then to the weekend itself, Angela, Barbara and Eros were absolutely amazing. Angela’s experience and connections are brilliant - the vendors she chose blew me away. Hair and make up was unbelievably good, beautiful flowers, she managed to get us a last minute upgrade on the boat, babysitters, bakers, and we loved our photographer Daniele. It was all flawless and I’m so glad we put our elopement in her hands! Barbara translated our town hall legal declaration, and Eros came along to look after our toddler (who she loved!). Then on the wedding day it was so lovely to have a friendly face and have Barbara doing our translation in our ceremony. Barbara was a huge part of our trip and we are so glad we’ve met her and Eros. Fortunately, a friend recommended Angela Garbagnati at Bespoke Weddings and her team to plan our weekend events as we live in the US and had never visited Lake Como. Angela was always available, professional, easy to work with and extremely knowledgable about the Lake Como/Milan areas. Every vendor she suggested was THE BEST...service, caterer, flowers, photographer, hair/makeup, shuttle service, band, restaurants, venues etc. If we could rate Bespoke Weddings a 10, we would.

Me and my husband eloped in Lake Como, I was nervous about the process, but Angela and her assistant made it so smooth, they were very friendly, and our special day was magical! Esperienza fantastica: Best decision going with Angela as our wedding planner. My husband and I are located in the US. We had about 25 guest and three days of events. Angela handled everything from vendor communications to day of logistics for all 3 days! Our wedding was during peak season (June) and reception venues were booking fast which concerned me. However, Angela is well connected and was able to get our reception hosted at a local restaurant which turned out better than expected and the price point was fantastic. It’s been almost two years and I still think about our Lake Como wedding and how seamless everything went. Thank you Angela & team for everything!

Esperienza fantastica: We had the absolute pleasure of working with Simona to plan our dream wedding in August 2023. My husband and I live in New York City and it has always been my dream to do an intimate destination wedding. We decided on the Amalfi Coast and we set out to find a planner to help us. After our first zoom call with Simona, I knew that she would be able to bring my dream to life! I get overwhelmed easily, so I thought planning a wedding in a different country (somewhere I have never been before) would be difficult, but I was totally wrong. Simona helped with EVERYTHING I could imagine and gave us multiple recommendations for all of our vendors (venues, flowers, hair and makeup, cake, photography, videography, and more). She also was our liaison for majority of these vendors so we didn’t have to stress about reaching out to and managing multiple relationships (especially because we do not speak Italian). Most of the communication with vendors went through Simona and she went above and beyond for us! Simona was available to us whenever we needed her and was super responsive throughout the planning process. My husband and I also wanted to be legally married in Italy (civil ceremony) on the same day of our wedding and Simona assisted with everything start to finish to make that happen for us- scheduling our appointments, accompanying us at the town hall in Ravello, filing our paperwork, and even being our translator on our wedding day! We were so blessed to have Simona be a part of our wedding day. If you are considering using this wedding planning service, look no further. I stressed about my wedding being perfect and I was brought to tears at how much BETTER it was than I ever imagined. I told Simona my vision and showed her examples of what I wanted via zoom calls and WhatsApp and I am not kidding, everything was better than the examples I had showed her- beyond what I had imagined for my dream wedding. Not only that, but the relationship I formed with Simona throughout my planning is one I will always cherish. I had the best day of my life and I’m so grateful I found this wedding planner.

She was very responsive and helped us plan the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding day, and farewell brunch. She has great referrals for flowers, menus/seating charts, and anything else you might need. Thank you so much Angela and her team! We also worked with Garden of Love (Chiara) for our florals and they were better than I ever could have imagined. They were extremely attentive to all our needs, responsive at all hours even though we were working in different countries and time zones, and proactively negotiated with each of our international vendors whenever an issue needed to be resolved. Planning an Italian wedding while living in NYC would not have been possible without Angela and all three of our events worked out beautifully! If anyone is looking for a wedding planner to turn their Italian wedding dream into a reality - Angela is your girl! Her fee was reasonable compared to other lake como wedding planners, and she already had established relationships with all the vendors in the area as she has been in the wedding planning business for longer than many of her competitors who wanted to charge us a percentage of our entire budget (which to me seems like a huge conflict of interest when you are trying to keep the budget low). I highly recommend Angela and her team for all your Italian wedding needs. They will get the job done beautifully and at a reasonable price!

She is very knowledgeable on all things needed as for Italian civil ceremony. We didn’t have a traditional set up of events but she made our day special for us and our guests. She even sourced special local goods for our welcome bags. I don't think I could've done of it without her!

In 9 months we went from touring Lake Como to the most spectacular Indian-style wedding events, over multiple days, involving boats, buses, and several villas. Esperienza fantastica: Getting married in Italy was super difficult things in terms of paperwork, process etc. Lile waiting fir paperwork tk be fone, appointments with aus Italian embassy took months. Diy wedding planning started to feel like a nightmare, trying to navigate our way through Italian system. then Angela came to rescue, guided us through the whole process. She's calm, patient, thorough, knowledgeable. Most importantly she delivered and she's flexible in her approaches. We loved our wedding. It was beautiful and memorable. Would highly recommend.

Esperienza fantastica: Angela planned the most gorgeous 3-day celebration for my husband and I. She is so charismatic, down-to-earth, easy to work with, and fully capable of producing a 5 star wedding - without the unwanted stress. We had several layers of complexity including a large-sized wedding, the need to provide transportation for everyone to and from all the events over 3 days, and multiple different vendors and caterers. However, due to being on the Lake Como wedding circuit for so long, Angela has personal relationships with each of them and consistently made sure that we got the highest-quality and personalized service! By the end of our wedding, we felt like Angela and her team were part of the family. Although our wedding was in August 2019, guests still contact me weekly to let me know it was the best time of their lives! Looking back, there is no one else that we could have imagined achieving our fairy-tale wedding with. Thank you, Angela!

We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the same location, unfortunately we had to cancel due to Covid and Angela was fantastic as usual to support us all the way and moving it to next year. and we can’t wait to celebrate it in 2021 and thanks so much for making it stress free!

Her established professional relationships with vendors in the wedding industry is amazing and was essential when searching for reliable quality vendors. At the drop of a hat, Angela knew the perfect vendor personally to fulfill our wedding day dream; from finding a Mariachi band, to the the church organ player (a day before the wedding), right down to a Spanish speaking priest to officiate our religious ceremony. Angela really held our hand throughout the wedding preparations and I credit her 100% with the successful filling of paper work at the US Embassy and local town hall. Without her, my husband and I would have been lost with regards to all the paper work that needed to be filled. Angela truly loves what she does and the people she works with; and it shows in the commitment and hard work she dedicates to ensuring the weddings she plans are not only a success but a dream come true for her couples. Esperienza fantastica: Angela was our day wedding coordinator for our wedding that happened on 13-06-18., I cannot recommend her enough. We had our heart set on a wedding in Italy, but the coordination seemed too difficult to do. We had contacted so many other wedding coordinators, but we did not need the services they provided, so were not happy to pay 2.5 - 4k they quoted. Full wedding coordination service includes venue sourcing, help with venue decor, hair and make up, transport and all aspects of your wedding. However I am different to most brides, I am a wedding photographer at Lensi Photography, so I am involved in weddings and help my brides in planning! I did not need help to source a venue - we already knew where we wanted our wedding , I knew how I wanted my decor, my hair stylist was coming from the UK, my make up artist was coming from the UK, I knew how I wanted my cake etc. So could not bring myself to pay for something I already had under control, already had booked or decided on, but knew I needed someone to coordinate the day. I did for a while consider doing my own coordination, as a professional I am calm and organised, I am able to calm my brides down, butIi am so glad I did not try this, as a bride I had "BRIDE BRAIN' (similar to baby brain) was not calm at all and really needed someone else to deal with and coordinate all of these aspects. Most companies did not offer day coordination only, we got so many quotes from others but none were offering what we wanted. Then Angela and Bespoke Lake Como Weddings was recommended from a FB post. Angela called me straight away (FB phone calling). Other coordinators got back to us days later, some emailed but she was the only one who acted straight away. We never needed to chase her for things, there was no waiting days for information etc. which was incredibly reassuring at a time when you can be extremely stressed with so many other things. Her prices were reasonable and she offered day coordination with x number of services arranged too. Angela has been in the business for decades and literally knew everyone, whenever we had a query she would have the contact numbers for the owners in her phone, call them and get it sorted. Some coordinators were spoke to previously seemed to have the idea that just because you were having your wedding on lake como that your finances were endless, this was not the case with Angela. She is so positive and up beat, she was on top of everything on the day, letting us know when things were arriving, keeping track of the time, over runs etc, she was also at our wedding all day.
